"God! This dress is so damn tight! How can one manage with this?" Natasha grunted while struggling to adjust her gold sequined ruby red flowing designer dress which her older sister selected for her as per her 'wish'.
"Oh come on! You look stunning with red! I bet all guys in the engagement ceremony would never take their eyes off you." Anna winked, her best friend since high school, checking her reflection out in the mirror.
"Seriously dude, I wore this dress just to impress my so-called-bride-to-be sister who would never let me be in peace unless she insisted me on trying this in the trial room for like FIVE TIMES!" Natasha said.
The bedroom door opened where Natasha's mother entered.
"Oooh! You girls look beautiful but please hurry up and come out, we are about to start ." said her sweet mother.
"You first Dr. Anna Sebastian." teased Natasha.
"Surely, Calligraphist Natasha Johnson." Anna replied with a chuckle.
"How about adding famous as a prefix to Calligraphist next time." Natasha suggested.
"Ugh! Not again, Nuts. Just for tonight." Anna folded her hands in a mocking manner.
Both of them laughed and came outside Natasha' bedroom. Opposite to their direction, Jane came running towards them shrieking which startled them
"GIRLS! GUESS WHAT?" exclaimed Jane.
"Dude, first calm down and then you can talk."Ann said.
"No, I can't. I'm burning right NOW!" said Jane.
"Oh, Shut up and tell me the matter. We're standing in an air-conditioned hallway." said Natasha teased.
"Okay. There's this guy in this house who looks as hot as hell and he is from the US..." Jane said excitedly.
"Even I'm from the States." Natasha interrupted.
"Listen, Nuts. He's the cousin of your soon-to-be brother-in-law. And you should look at the way he smiles, Damn! His dimple...I'm sure to faint right now!" Jane said in a hysterical manner where even her breathing could be heard.
"Wow!." Natasha ridiculed.
"I know right! And I couldn't stop staring at his hazel eyes." squeaked Jane.
"Nah! Not interested. I have the most handsome boyfriend waiting for us down the hall. "said Anna.
"You two carry on, I still need to adjust this dress again. Shit! Its hellishly tight again." said Natasha frustrated.
"Okay, but do come soon." Anna replied.
Natasha went back to her room and adjusted her "perfectly stitched" dress . She swore that she would never wear a designer dress ever again. Maybe a simple plain white dress from H&M would be better but who understands her. It's all about " status ". She could buy approximately five hundred books instead of spending for this flesh-crushing designer dress. She wondered
who this guy is, about whom Jane told her. His hazel eyes and dimple. There is something wandering in her mind about these attractive features.Déjà vu.
