VIII.

"Jack." I took his cold, callused hands into mine. I straddled his lap, my legs wrapped around his torso. He still smelt of liquor, but I could tell he had the hangover blues. Jack looked down and mumbled at me quietly. "Baby." I said again, regaining jacks attention.

"Hm." Jack rubbed his thumb back and forth along the top of my hand. I leaned in and kissed the top of his head. I pulled one of my hands away and reached towards his face. I placed my fingers under his chin and lightly tilted his head up. His sad, deep brown eyes met mine for a split second before they darted away which caused my heart to ache.

"Baby boy, look at me please." I softly kissed his cheek. He shrugged, dropping his head again. I sighed and ran my fingers through his curls. "I know I can't make you talk, but just know i love you punkin." I kissed his head and stood up. As I turned to walk away, I felt a hand grab onto mine. I turned around to find jack looking up at me.

"Please stay kinny." I nodded my head and took my original spot, re-wrapping my legs around him. Jack stared into my eyes, our gazes locking. He slowly leaned in, his beautiful big brown eyes disappearing as he shut his eyes. I did the same, causing our lips to crash. His lips were cracked, but tasted of strawberry chapstick. I pulled away, looking at him again. This boy is so fucking precious. I took time to look at and note all of his features. His long eyelashes always fluttered whenever he opened his eyes. His usually soft lips were cracked and chapped as a result of spending a night out in the bitter winter air of Pennsylvania. His nose ring suit him, he was so spontaneous and willing to try anything. Jacks curly hair was the most iconic feature of this precious boy. "Kinny?" Jack asked breaking my thought process. I nodded my head.

"Yes baby?" I grabbed jacks hands, resting my forehead on his. He sighed, shutting his eyes tight.

"I don't want to hurt you, I'm so fucking scared baby."

Hey guys! I know this is an awkward spot to and a chapter but I truly just want to get an update out again. Jack and kinslees deep talk will be in the next update. I'm kinda starting to loose motivation for this book because I don't feel like it's quality. /: this chapter was ass but I hope you still enjoy. Also I'd just like to say that I havent even had his book up for a month yet and I'm at 91 reads! Thank you all sm. (:
