Chapter 11

(Y/n)'s P.O.V.

I wake up and stretch my arms out, looking around me to notice that I wasn't in my bed, but in Jack's. He had my body gently wrapped around his hand, and his breathing was slow and calm. I lay back down and giggle, wiping the tiredness out of my eyes.

I don't think I had any nightmare at all last night, thanks to Jack. I was able to finally get some sleep. I have to admit it, that was some of the best sleep I have gotten ever! I try to pull myself out of Jack's grip and slowly make my way up his chest, across his neck and stand on his face. I go up to his forehead and boop his nose, feeling him shift. I gasp as Jack rolls on his side, making me fall on the pillow.

I land on my butt with a thud and growl up at Jack as he continues to sleep soundly. I get up and stomp my way up to the Giant, booping him viciously on the nose over and over again.

"Ugnn, wha..." Jack moans, opening up his eyes to see me viciously boop him multiple times.

"Get up lazy bones!" I growl, jumping up on his nose.

He slowly sits up, making me squeal and hold on for my life. He crosses his eyes to look at me helplessly dangle in front of his face, making him chuckle and pluck me into his hand.

"What time is it?" He groans, wiping his free hand across his face.

"9:57 last time I checked" I giggle.

"Oh no! I got to get ready!!!" Jack gasps, getting up and placing me on the bed.

"Ready for what?" I ask.

"Oh, yeah, right!" Jack turns around and awkwardly rubs his hand on the back of his head.

"Jack?"

"Well, we kinda got to go to Marks to get some videos done at 11, so I need to get things taken care of before we leave." He explains.

"We?" I ask.

"Well, yeah, everyone wants to meet you!" He smiles.

"What?" I gasp.

"It's not what you think, it's just a day hanging out with my friends, I promise they wont crowd you." Jack smiles.

"That's not the point..." I mumble.

Many thoughts rushed through my head the second Jack said that we were going to his friends house this afternoon. I didn't want to be stuck surrounded by tons of Giants, I was just getting used to Jack! I started to shift uncomfortably as Jack gives me a worried look.

"Listen, I know that you've been through a lot, and I understand that you need a bit to get used to things, but I thought that it would be nice if you were to meet new people. There's even a surprise over there waiting for you!" Jack explains.

I place my finger on my chin and think. I don't really have any reason why I shouldn't trust Jack. The problem that I have is that I'm not sure if I should trust Jack's friends. I look back up at Jack and notice his big blue eyes staring into me. I blushed and looked back down. I don't wanna let Jack down...

I gently smile and look back at him. "Okay, I- guess."

"Ok, just remember that we have two hours til we have to be there." He smiles, rubbing his index finger on the top of my head.

I chuckle and watch him as he walks to the bedroom. I honestly don't wanna go, but I don't wanna let Jack down. I was just getting used to his company, I don't want any more stress on my shoulders! I sit on the edge of the bed and swing my legs back and fourth, thinking about all the possibilities that I had in case if something bad were to happen.
