Depression is confusing

Depression is humiliating

Its like being in a black hole, where the light seems so unreachable.

Its like drowning but you can see everyone else around you breathing.

Its like you are numb yet you feel so much pain

Its like seeing everyone happy while uou are struggling to do things like breathing.

Its like living in a world in which no one understands you.

Its like screaming but no one can hear you.

Its like being trapped inside a glass case with no way out, yet you can see freedom so close.

Depression takes everything.

Depression is inescapable.
