"Lucy", Wyatt called out.
" I should've gone in the room with her", Wyatt said agitated.
"Yeah, then both of you would've gotten kidnapped, what a great plan", Rufus said sarcastically, whilst fixing the control board.
"Not now Rufus", Wyatt said disregarding him.
"Look, once I fix this we need to get some materials to make, batteries", Rufus said pressing some buttons.
"No, no, our priority is finding Lucy",Wyatt said louder.
"Well, obviously your one true love, who you deeply care about, is missing, I will help you then", Rufus said getting up from the seat.
"No she's not my- , you know what never mind, I just want to find Lucy as fast as we can", Wyatt said rolling his eyes.
"One problem, how do we go around London, if there's a killer smog", Rufus said looking through the small window from the lifeboat.
"Well, we can't stay here together", Wyatt said.
"Well that wasn't hurtful", Rufus said sarcastically.
"What day is it today in London",Wyatt asked ignoring Rufus' comment
"The 5th", Rufus asked confused.
"Well, the fog just started, so it won't be as heavy today, so for now we breathe into these handkerchief, until he find a mask", Wyatt said handing him one.
"Nice, but without our historian, where should we go?", Rufus said still objecting Wyatt.
"Let's go to the town and see if we can find them", Wyatt said jumping down the hole, only to see a tunnel where there was light at the end.
" come on Rufus let's follow their trail", Wyatt said running down the tunnel.
"Normally in horror movies this is where they'd burry bodies", Rufus said carefully, getting down.
"Rufus let's go!", Wyatt yelled.
Back at Mason Industries.
"Jiya, where are they and can you control the lifeboat to get them out", Agent Christopher asked.
"I don't where they are, but I can get them back", She said checking the computer.
"Well they're in Europe, December 1952, I don't know where exactly", she said squinting at the screen.
"Well can you bring the machine back", Agent Christopher asked.
"Yes, but what if they're not inside it", She asked.
"Has the door been opened", Agent Christopher asked.
"Well, according to the machines statistics, the main door hasn't been opened", she said reading off the computer.
"Well then what are you waiting for, bring them home", Agent Christopher said pressing her.
"Okay, 3,2,1", Jiya said counting down.
The machine appeared before their eyes with a gust of wind.
"Well done jiya, come out you guys", Agent Christopher said yelling the last part.
But there was no door opening, there was silence.
"Wait, look, the trap door, it's open", Jiya said pointing to the door.
"Oh crap", Agent Christopher said.
Back in London 1952.
"So what exactly happened",Rufus asked Wyatt while walking throughout the town.
"Well, if I can remember, the London smog went on for like couple of days starting today, and Churchill, did absolutely nothing because he refused to believe something like it was happening, until his secretary got killed by a bus, because the bus couldn't see through the smog. But by the time he realised it was too late", Wyatt said grabbing a newspaper.
"Great, that's sounds great", Rufus said trying to keep a low profile.
"Hey, hey I think we've seen that guy before, like from Rittenhouse", Rufus said pointing to the guy standing outside a house.
"That's probably where they've got Lucy", Wyatt said running towards the guy.
As they followed the guy, they entered inside the house carefully.
"You know Wyatt, I kinda feel like the mystery gang from scooby doo", Rufus whispered.
"How did you help build a time machine?", Wyatt said confused.
Rufus shrugged.
They saw a room, with door slightly open, through the crack they saw Lucy.
"Lucy, she's there", Wyatt said smiling.
Wyatt was getting ready bust through the door.
"Wyatt what if there's armed guards in there", Rufus said worried.
But Wyatt ignored Rufus, and bust through the door, pulling out his gun and shooting the few Ritten House guards there were.
"Lucy", he smiled, running towards her and untieing the rope around her.
He wrapped his arms around her squeezing a bit.
"Are you Okay?", Wyatt said cupping her face, looking vividly at her.
"I'm fine", she said putting her hand on Wyatt's arm.
"Lucy we were so scared, thank god your okay",Rufus said from behind Wyatt.
Lucy smiled at both of them.
"Okay, we have to get out of here, because my Dad is here", she said rushing them both outside.
"Lucy, are you okay", Wyatt said holding her arm.
"I don't really know", she said in a small voice.
"You've got me it's okay", Wyatt said holding her tightly.
"And me", Rufus said as well.
"Let's get out of here", Wyatt said running with her.
They ran quite far till they reached the location of the Life boat.
"Where is it?", Rufus yelled.
"What the hell, it was here like an hour ago", Wyatt said examining the hour.
"Ow, ow, ow,ow my a-arm", Lucy said yelling.
"What's wrong", Wyatt said rolling up her sleeve.
It revealed a giant bruise running up the side of her arm.
"I thought you said you were okay", Wyatt asked worried.
"I just fell", she said pushing off his arm.
"This doesn't look like a fall, it looks like it was made by a man", Wyatt said looking into her eyes.
Lucy looked back into his eyes, getting lost in that sea of blue.
"Lucy", he repeated.
"I'm fine, I just fell", she said turning around, tucking her hair behind her ear.
"Wyatt we can't get home without that damn machine", Rufus said agitated.
"Guys, the fog", Lucy said pointing to the fog sweeping through the forest.
Wyatt took Lucy's hand immediately, and began to run.
"Rufus let's go", Wyatt called at him to begin running.
They ran quite far, until they were in the clear.
"Okay we're safe", Wyatt said bending over.
He looked up at Lucy and noticed blood tricking down the side of her arm.
"Lucy your arm, what did they do to you?", Wyatt said holding her arm and putting his hand on her cheek.
Lucy held onto his hand, and fell in towards his chest where she leaned against it.
"I think jiya tracked the lifeboat, still thinking we were inside and brought it back to mason Industries", Rufus sighed.
"Oh crap", he mumbled.
