It's a Monday morning, the first day back from the Easter holidays and Will, Jay and Neil are at school but Simon's gone missing. They've texted him and texted him and texted him. Still no reply. Neil starts to get worred. "Where the hell could he be? Surely he's still not asleep, it's 8.48am. He normally gets up at 7.30am," he tells Jay and Will but they say nothing so he calls Simon's dad, Mr (Alan) Cooper, to ask what's happened to Simon.
"Hello?" Alan says. "Hello. It's Neil here. I'm just calling to ask what's happened to Simon. Like, he ain't answering our calls or texted us.". "Oh, right. Well, firstly, he's gotten a new phone at the holidays so that number you have currently have is useless. I'll go and check on him." he says as he swings round to Simon's bedroom and knocks on his door. "Simon?". He spots Simon, lying on my bed, half asleep in his school uniform. "What?", he asks as he tries to open his eyes fully. "Firstly, why are you still in bed with your school uniform on and furthermore, why aren't you up and showered and at school!" he asks as he turns the light on so he can see Simon fully. "Dad, I'll got a really sore head. I was away to have a shower but then I got a really sore head so I went back to sleep."
"Get up, have a shower, come downstairs and get to school." - Mr Cooper
"So I guess Simon'll be here later?" - Neil
"Yep. He WILL be at school." - Mr Cooper
"Ugh. Fiiine." -Simon.
Will: "So Simon finally got out of bed, had a shower and ran to school. Meanwhile with Jay and Neil..."
Neil: "Hey, where the fuck is Si?"
Jay: "He's coming. I hope."
