Inspector Abby Dunn was having a great morning with her girlfriends, aka sisters of her ohana. They were at the HPD Gun Range, They were qualifying once again, so they can stay on the task force, & on the HPD too. She felt at home, & she determined to help Officer Tani Rey feel at home with her, & the rest of the female members of their ohana.
"How are things going, Tani ?", Abby said, as she, Tani, Kono, Lori, & Catherine were getting ready for the next round, "Things are good, I am enjoying being here, on the team, & being part of the ohana", Everyone nodded, & Officer Kono Kalakaua asked, "How are things going with Junior ?", Agent Lori Weston concurred with Kono, "Yeah, How is it going with him ?", Tani answered in response to her question.
"I think it's going good, I hope that Junior is feeling the same way about this", The New Recruit said, & Lieutenant Catherine Rollins said reassuring her, "I think he feels the same way, You just have to make sure that the relationship is equal, You guys make sure that you are there for each other", Tani nodded, & they continued their day together.
After the gun range, The Ladies were on their way to lunch, Everyone was feeling the love, & were glad that they all got along, & there was no drama at all. When they got to Tropics, They were seated at their usual table, & made small talk. "I think we should do something fun, & the men need this too", Catherine said, as she took a sip of her water.
"I think that we should keep it a surprise", Abby said, as she took a bite of her salad, once the food was brought to them, Lori said agreeing, "Let's start planning", Kono added, "We just have to be sneaky, & ready for anything", Tani was amazed by how well the women are working well together. The Former Lifeguard said, "Let's do it", & they spent the rest of the time planning a special evening for their men.
