Chapter 3-Ultrasound and The Old Times

Elena-

I went up to the front desk and got a clipboard to fill out. Taylor had gotten us seats and called my mom to tell her about it. Dylan and Damion were on there way from college dorm and apartment hunting. I didn't go to school since I found out I was pregnant. I was planning to go this Monday and say I had stomach bug or something. Ugh. I hate this. I don't want to do this. I didn't choose this. But maybe this is a miracle in disguise. Maybe this baby will change me for the better. Maybe, oh no. He is here. He walked over but I was still filling out the papers while Taylor was on the phone talking to Ben saying and I quote-" GET YO LAZY ASS DOWN TO THE HOSTPITAL RIGHT NOW OR I'LL KICK YOU WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE!" it kind of made me giggle. He sat down asking me a question," Do you need anything?"

"no. I'm fine. but  I do need you to sign right here and here." I said pointing to the spots where he needed to sign.

He signed then I turned in the clipboard with the papers.

About 30 minutes later  Dylan, Damion, and Ben had arrived. I assumed dad wouldn't let mom out of  the house to come so I let mom miss this. Even though I needed her the most. I felt a tear slide down my cheek leaving a mark. Dylan had wiped it away and Daimon was by the counter telling the lady to-"  HURRY UP! I WANNA CHECK ON MY NEICE OR NEPHEW!"  Xavier came in about 5 minutes later.

About 10 minutes later they called me in for my check up but only Jax was allowed in out of the big crowd I had. Taylor tried so hard to come she flirted, she tried to bribe them with money, she even got on her legs and begged. But she still wasn't allowed to come. After that I thought she would have gotten kicked out. But she was still there.

During the ultrasound Jaxs' phone rang but he was busy talking with the nurse about something but they wouldn't let me know. I answered it.  "hello?" I said.

" Why Jax. What manly voice you have." he laughed.

" heh. Yeah. So Jax is busy i'll tell him you called." I said. " May I take A name?"

" Dean. Dean Fox." Dean said.

" Okay thanks." I said. "Bye."

I hung up right after. When I hung up the Doctor came over and told me that the baby was healthy and there's nothing wrong with him or her. But after I heard that I started to get anxious and I was ready to leave, go to Taylors, eat ice cream, and watch Harry Potter with Ben and Xavier. Just like old times. After about 30 minutes the doctor told us to make an appointment when I am about 3 months along to do another check-up then she told us to fill out another set of papers then we could leave. After we filled out the papers we went back to the waiting room and when we got there, Jax told me had to leave but I stopped him to tell him that the Dean dude called. then he left. Mom ended up not to get out of work in time but I think she was stopped by dad.  That's ok. I know how a stubborn dad can be. I talked to Damion and Dylan for a little bit then they went back to dorm and apartment hunting then the three of us went back to Taylors.

When we got to Taylors I went to the fridge and got the ice cream container and grabbed a spoon. I yelled to Taylor " GET HARRY POTTER UP AND RUNNIN' HONEY!"

 " ALREADY ON IT!" she yelled back while Xaiver and Ben giggled to themselves.

I walked into the living room and said " you two laughed you can starve during these hours" And I plopped myself on the couch laying my head in Taylors lap while she stroked my hair. Ben tried to move my feet but I  kicked him in the face and said " No. My feet stay here."

He backed up with on hand on his nose and one in the air. Soon after we were all settled the movie started and we heard the intro music go DUH DUH DUH DAAA  DUHHHH DAAAH DA DUM or something like that.
