A Draco Malfoy Love Story

She'd never actually felt so excited about a sport before. She wasn't big into playing any sport, let alone Quiddatch. But when Draco Malfoy had offered it to her when she was talking to Maria about it in the Common Room...she was way to eager when she answered. And she had never actually felt more nervous in her entire life, more so then she did as she dragged her friend, Brooke to the field. Begging for her presence there as if it would help or stop herself from embarrassing herself.

As she walked into the Entrance Hall, awaiting Brooke, she stared out the doors and towards the sky, deep in thought about Draco, wondering if he found her attractive in any sense, slightly hurt by the thought that maybe he didn't. "Hey Maddie." Brooke's usual happy, sing-song voice seemed to dance to her ears, turning Maddie gave a face-splitting smile to her friend. "Hey Brooke." Maddie replied coolly.

Brooke, as usual was hugging a book to her chest, her book bag hanging off of her shoulder. She had waist length hazel-brown hair with large brown eyes, and a heart shaped face with a beautiful figure. She was a fair tone, it really brought out her eyes. She was just so beautiful and she couldn't help but feel slightly jealous of her friends immense beauty. Before Maddie could mention Brooke's accompanying her to the Quiddatch field, Brooke's face seemed to light up, looking past Maddie as Brooke smiled, waving cutely.

"Shannon!" Brooke called their friend over, Maddie's heart fluttered in happiness as she watched her friend walk towards her. Shannon was taller then Brooke, Maddie's height - maybe a little bit taller. She had rib-length long dark brown hair and large dark brown eyes. She had an oval face, and was super tan. She had a smile like no other but it was very rarely that Maddie ever saw it. Shannon was hugging her arms around herself, gripping her side back to herself, her head bent and no emotion evident on her face.

Shannon walked up to the pair and gave a fake smile. "Hey guys!" She said with enthusiasm. Maddie returned her smile with a warm one. Shannon tilted her head slightly as if to concentrate. Brooke's face fell, going to touch Shannon's arm, but Maddie couldn't hold in her enthusiasm as she checked her watch, late as ever.

Maddie gasped. "Brooke, you need to come to the Quiddatch field with me! I'm so late! I need someone to blame!" Maddie grabbed Brookes arm roughly and tugged on her arm, Brooke's face fell even further. "Can Shannon come?" She asked, obviously worried for her friend but Maddie just couldn't be any later then she already was.

"Of course!" Maddie said as she tugged on her friend. Shannon shook her head, throwing her hands up as if defensively. "No no. You two have fun! I'm just going to go do my homework, okay? Good luck with the Quiddatch thing, Maddie!" Shannon turned and walked away before either girls could interrupt.

Brooke's shoulders sagged as she watched, Maddie pouted but couldn't be any longer. Tugging Brooke's arm she repeated how important Brooke's presence was to her and how much she needed her there.

Brooke had sighed dramatically and Maddie rolled her eyes, tugging Brooke towards the Quiddatch pitch. When they got there, Maddie ran to the broom and left Brooke to sit on the grass by herself. "Thanks for showing up." Draco hissed.

Maddie bowed her head, blushing as she picked up her broom. "I'm sorry, my friend, Brooke-" Maddie turned and pointed towards her beautiful friend who sat on the grass, reading. "Was a little distracted and wouldn't hurry."

Draco nodded slowly and lifted up his broom. Maddie had a moment to gaze and trul appreciate his appearance. He was taller than her, at least by a head or two. His body was so muscular, but it was a modest kind, not that slender and slim muscles, but more like a body builder type of body. His green t-shirt squeezed his arms, blonde shaggy hair hung over his forehead neough to give his eyes a mysterious look. His baggy ripped and washed out jeans highlighted his pale skin.

Godrick he was one beautiful specimen. "Hey, what are you gawking at?" Draco pulled Maddie back to reality. Maddie shook her head and blushed scarlett. "Nothing, nothing. Sorry. What were you saying?" Draco rolled his eyes. "Mount your broom and get in the air, the rest we'll learn while there." Draco bounced off of the ground and high into the air, Maddie would definitley stay on the ground just to stare at his bum from the view she was at, but she quickly-and climsily- into the air.

"Okay, what now?" Maddie asked, breathless. Draco smirked, the first sign of amusement that she had seen yet. And would see for the rest f the night. "Now, we have fun."

* * *

An hour. An hour of yelling and frustration. Draco had yelled at her, and she had deserved every second of it. She had flown the wrong way, goaled on the wrong side, countless times. Sighing she stared at the sky, looked at the beautiful sky and clouds, how they moved slowly above her, unaffected by the world around them and just kept moving, going forward without a care in the world about what they were leaving behind.

"Are you giving up? Already?" Draco hissed, floating beside her. Maddie growled. "I'm done being yelled at. I officially can't play and refuse to be embarassed any longer." Maddie said angrily. Nose diving for the ground. "Where are you going?!" Draco shouted from the sky. Maddie hovered over the ground before clumsily falling off of her broom and letting it fall to the ground, she huffed and stood, fixing her unruly hair and sighed, staring at the sky she noticed Draco was no longer in the sky, but right above her.

"Are you going to yell at me now? Yell at me about giving up and being pathetic?" Maddie hissed, holding her hand above her eyes so she could actually see him. He noticed this and jumped to the ground gracefully. "What?" He asked, looking truly hurt by her question. "Well? You did nothing but shout at me about how stupid I was, I wouldn't be surprised if you continued." Maddie said, attempting to hide her tears that now slowly fell down her cheeks.

Her chest squeezed in hurt. "I have never been so humiliated in my lifetime." Maddie whispered, ducking her head, waiting for a scoff and a cruel comment. But she was hit with shock when Dracos firm hand gently grabbed hers. "I'm sorry. My captain side came out and I was only trying to motivate you to try harder. I didn't mean to hurt you....I only went as cruel and harsh as I did because I believed and I knew that you're tough enough to take it.." Draco mumbled.

Maddie looked up, his hand still firmly, yet softly holding hers. She sniffed and wiped at her eyes. Laughing because she felt ridiculous. "Would you want to go to Honeydukes? We don't have to continue." Draco said softly. Maddie nodded, holding up a finger she regretfully took her hand away from his and ran to Brooke to tell her of where she was going.

Running back she nodded. "Lets go!" She said happily. Draco gave a cute hald smile and took her hand, walking her towards the direction of Honeydukes.

"So, other than failing at Quiddatch. What else do you enjoy doing?" Draco said jokingly. Maddie laughed. "Well I seem to love to fall over everything and hit myself on things. I enjoy making a fool of myself to!" Maddie said, laughing loudly, her hand still in Dracos. She blushed softly as Draco gave a low chuckle. "How about you?" Maddie asked, brushing a strand of her fuzzy hair behind her ear. Her big blue eyes staring at his chizzled face. "Well, I enjoy teasing Potter, obviously. I uh, this is going to make me sound like a little pansy, but I love to sketch." Draco said, his pale cheeks turning the lightest and most beautiful shade of pink she had ever seen.

"You draw? What do you draw?" Maddie asked excitedly. "Anything really, mostly creatures. Mythical, magical, or maybe even muggle creatures. Sometimes when I have nightmares I draw the creature that scared me as best as I can and if it's what I remember, I keep it in my sketch book. I truly enjoy sketching things that don't exist, though. Then I can leave the creatures look to my imagination." Draco said, his features coming to life as he spoke about the thing he was most passionate about.

Maddie smiled widely, watching his eyes light up like a childs on christmas. "That sounds fabulous. Wonderful, truly. " Maddie said,in awe. Draco blushed yet again and gave a shy smile. Turning he led her to the door of Honeydukes, grabbign hold og the handle he held the door for her. Reluctantly she let go of his hand and walked in, shaking off a small chill she felt from outside and stepping towards a corner booth. Draco grabbed her hand and followed her there.

Maddie blushed, you would never catch Draco Malfoy showing affection towards anyone, especially in public. And this was with her, she was blushing so hardcore that when they sat down, she grabbed a menu to fan her face while Draco looked for a waitress. Draco ordered them drinks, his favorite drinks. And Maddie ordered her favorite dish for the two of them to share since the dish was so large she could never finish it by herself.

Draco laced his fingers with hers and smiled at her. She set her drink down, licking her lips. "What?" She asked, feeling as if there was something on her face. Draco gave a shy smile. "You have something on your face." He whispered. Maddie gasped and went to grab a napkin but his hand stopped her. "Let me." He said so quietly she barely even heard him.

His free hand cupped her cheek, which was turning scarlet, his eyes glued to her lips his chin lifted and their lips connected.

They must've kissed for five minutes straight. Maddies mind was in shambles as they kissed. When hteir lips seperated because their lungs screamed for the proper intake of air, Draco smirked. Maddie blushed and licked her lips. "Did you get it?" She asked softly.

Draco smirked. "Oh yeah. But just to double check..." Draco leaned in again, Maddie smiling widely.
