Minor changes, since I didn't clearly state the rules. You are basing this drawing on where you live, what you are wearing, not what your oc is wearing. You are making and entire new oc, with these rules.

Theme of this Contest:
Making a new OC, with these rules (stated below)
Rules:
1. Hair is the color of the shirt you are wearing.
2. Their clothes are the color of your phone case, or any case of an electronic.
3. Eyes are the color of your underwear.
4. Give them a hat if you live in Europe.
5. Give them earrings if you live in America (North or South).
6. Add a scarf if you live in Asia.
7. Add glasses if you live in Australia.
8. Add a headphones/earbuds if you live in Africa.
9. Put your favorite emoji on their shirt.
10. If you lived in multiple continents, For example: You lived in Europe then moved to Australia, you would put both the hat and the glasses.
Some pointers
-Follow the rules!
-Please put you username on the drawing
-Name them if you want to. They can be an animal or a human, or some sort of a fantasy creature.
-Please base this off of where you live, and what color shirt you have on ect., not where your oc lives of is wearing, with this contest, you are supposed to make a whole new oc, based off of this challenge on yourself.
Important:
The last day to join is May 15th. Last day to submit is May 16th. I won't accept anything after that.
If you use a reference, please let me know. Put them in the chapter with you entry
The people who win will be announced a few days after the contest ends.
