I followed the security guard to my new quarters in the academy.

He opened the door, revealing a very spacious living space that included a couch, half of a kitchen, a bathroom, and everything else that you would need to live.

"Here you go, Mr Bales." The guard said.

"Thank you, this'll do nicely." I said.

I turned and looked at the guard.

He had black hair and tanned skin.

He also spoke with an accent that we would call "Indian" back home.

"Hey, what's your name by the way?" I asked.

"Siad, sir. It's pronounced 'Sieed'." The guard said.

Siad, I'll have to remember that one...

"Okay then Siad, I'll talk to you in the morning." I said.

"Alright sir. I'll knock on your door around nine or so." He said.

"Sounds good. See ya." I said as I entered the room.

The man nodded and walked away.

I shut the door to my room and sat down on the nearby bed.

Well, this is nice...

I fidgeted around with the Infinity Gauntlet until I figured out how to take it off.

I laid it on a nearby coffee table and proceeded to let sleep overtake me.

The next morning, I was awoken by the sound of a whistle and a knock on the door.

The knock must be Siad...

Not sure what the whistle is though...

I walked over to the door and opened it.

Sure enough, Siad was standing there.

"Good morning Mr. Bales, I trust you had a..." Siad's sentence was cut off by the sound of another whistle blow.

"What's goin' on?" I asked.

"I think that is the members of team RWBY, sir." Siad said.

"Okay, whatever. And quit calling me 'sir'; makin' me sound old." I said.

"Very well sir, I mean David." Siad corrected himself.

"So, what's on the agenda today, huh?" I asked.

"I'm going to take you to the 'break room', where we guards hang out." Siad said.

"Okay. Am I supposed to wear anything specific?" I asked.

"No, Mr. Ozpin said that you could wear whatever you like. He said that it would allow you to 'blend in' better with the students." Siad answered.

"So what am I? Some sort of undercover cop or somethin'?" I asked.

"In a way, I suppose you are." Siad said.

Well, this sounds fantastic...

"Alright then, take me to this 'break room'." I said.

I followed Siad through a series of hallways and down a flight of stairs until we finally reached our destination.

"Here it is Mr. Bales; the Legendary Break Room." Siad said as he opened the door.

I walked into the room and looked around.

There was a wooden table in the center of the room along with four wooden chairs.
