Chapter 1:Sweet Childhood

Long time ago in a long feared empire ruled by an iron-fist emperor named Richard John Alexander the 4th was dismayed after he heard the prophecy of his reign would end because of an infant who had died and would be revived by an all powerful wizard and would inherit its powers, the power was unknown some say it was an ancient power strong enough to destroy a whole kingdom if fallen in the wrong hands and some say its the power of the infinity with no limitations but as the elders debates the emperor slammed his right hand on the table to stop them from arguing any longer and ordered his men to hunt down the infant and dispose it as soon as possible. Meanwhile in the city of Katyu there was an infant covered with cloth which was seemingly left behind from her mother, the baby is on its brink of death as the old geezer passed by and noticed the child "Poor thing" he said in a pity as he reached for the child to inspect it which only to find out that it was already dead and so the Old geezer decided to sit near the wall where the child was found and began chanting his revival spell, though this spell may be so dangerous because using it would mean to surrender your life, knowledge and power and pass it to the host for revival, but he has no choice but to do it. With a price to receive the power there's a chance that the host would not know anything about it but still able to use it without knowing that it was magic, it will all just be a fragment of imagination and would be forgotten if the user would wish to. The spell has finished as the wizard began to lose his consciousness with his legs weakened, he wasn't able to stand up but instead he remained seated as he was saving his breath "may this child be blessed as it grows." He said in a low dying voice. Minutes after a couple walked pass and noticed the poor baby as the woman walked close the wizard suddenly told her "take good care of this baby, may its future shall be great for such being who does not deserve to die in vain." With that said the wizard began to weaken even more as he was about to close his eyes he placed a necklace around the infant's neck "with this your powers shall be sealed along with your fate" he whispered as he struggled for his breath. With the preparations were finished, the wizard began to disintegrate as the woman picked the infant around her arms, she was pitied by the baby and since they were not blessed with one, they decided to adopt her as their own child and with that decision they walked away from the place they found the baby as the woman wondered 'what would this child's name be?' She took a peek under the cloth to confirm its gender to find out its a girl 'it's obviously a girl so...' the woman's thought as she kept thinking on what would the baby's name should be until they've reached the carriage, the man however noticed that she was in a deep thought so he asked "is there something wrong?" The woman stared at the baby and asked him "What should we name this baby?" The man stared at the baby to find a way in order to dodge the question "Isn't she lovely?" But he was stopped by the woman "Don't dodge my question dear"she said with a glare. The man began to fear her as his knees starts trembling and his heart beat raising, he took a gulp and said "well we found her in this city why not lets name her something like the names of the people living here?" But the woman was not convinced instead she sighed and began to look outside the window of their carriage. The man held her hand and said with a smile and said"look I'll be fine whatever name you'll give her." He then pecked the forehead of the baby. But then the two began thinking of a name while their on their way towards their destination, a few minutes later the woman shouted "I know! Lets name her-" but before she was finished a familiar voice was heard "Young Lady Katyusha, Young Lady Katyusha! Please do wake up!" Young Katyusha woke up from her slumber with her look as if she was having a goodnight sleep "It's morning already?" She asked as she yawned while rubbing her eyes as the maid placed her meal on the bed, it was on the tray with two plates, one has two slices of bread but the other plate was intentionally left empty for the cup of fresh orange juice as a beverage. Young Katyusha looked at the maid and asked "Marie, do you know where father is?" The maid shook her head and said "I'm afraid the lord left early in the morning Milady." Young Katyusha released a short sigh as she ate her breakfast. After a few minutes, she headed to the bathroom as the maid assisted her on her bath, she made sure that young katyusha was well groomed and fresh. With her morning routine finished the maid was assisting her into wearing her dress Young Katyusha always chose her favorite dress, which was covered in red cloth and has marvelous design on it, the butterfly and the flowers that was personally sewn by her mother as a hobby, after wearing her dress the maid began fixing her hair while she was sitting on a chair while facing on the mirror. She closed her eyes as she asked the maid "Is my mother in the house?" The maid replied "Madame Maria is on the courtyard, doing her hobby which is gardening." The maid was finished on her work and Katyusha smiled as she looked at the ribbon tied on her hair while she stared at her hairdo, she then stood up as the maid said as it bowed before her"take care Lady Katyusha." After raising her head, she went off. Katyusha has no actual clue on what her personal maid said to her so she just went towards the courtyard to find her mother, Maria holding a sunflower and began to smell its scent, Katyusha smiles as she ran towards Maria and gave her a tight hug. Maria was surprised and asked"Oh! Good morning, my little Katyusha, did you happen to have a goodnight sleep?" Katyusha then released Maria from the tight hug as she placed her hands on the back and said "It certainly is mother, though I dreamed on something." Katyusha said as she sat on the bench. "What was the dream all about?" Maria asked as she sat beside her daughter. Katyusha smiled at her and said "I saw you and father on a city and you found a baby on the street which was held by an old man and he gave the baby to you which you received it and then you and father were arguing to name it but then I woke up before even knowing it, because Marie woke me up." Katyusha said with a pout on her face. Maria laughed while she placed her hand on Katyusha's head and started to pat it "Well, there must be a reason on why you were unable to know the name of the baby" Maria said with a smile as she pecked Katyusha's forehead. "Anyways mother, I have a question" Katyusha said as she looked at her mother's gorgeous face with an innocent smile. "What is it?" Maria replied as she stopped patting her head. "Well...u-uhm h-how s-should I put this." Katyusha was stuttering while she was trying to say the question to her mother. Maria noticed her daughter's gesture and it may seem to be a personal question and from the looks of it that she has a hard time saying the question to her mother. "Tell me Katyusha, I will answer your questions" Maria said with a smile on her face while looking at her daughter . Katyusha started to be relaxed for a while and released a sigh as she said "Well it's a question I'm quite curious of..." she then looked down and started to play with her fingers. Maria noticed the actions of her daughter and concluded that it was bothering Katyusha so she asked "Don't be shy my dear, what is your question?" After hearing what her mother said Katyusha looked up with an innocent smile and asked "Well mother, how are the babies made?" Her mother was shocked and was silent for a few seconds, thinking of a reply in order not to ruin her daughter's innocence and eventually answered "Well Katyusha, Babies are born once a mother and a father would start to love each other with all their hearts, they would start living together and have a good time together until the mother would be pregnant and there would be a baby that would come out from the stomach of the mother." Katyusha's face was filled with delight after her question was answered, though she didn't understand much on what her mother said to her but she concluded "So I came from your stomach because you and father love each other with all your hearts?" Maria answered with a smile as she pinched Katyusha's nose "Your right, my dear Katyusha." Katyusha closed her eyes tightly and asked "Anyways mother, when will father return?" Katyusha then hugged her mother as her mother replied "Your father would return before dawn my dear Katyusha." Katyusha responded with a pout on her face and said "Okay mother."
