Taeyong didn't talk to me. It hurt, but I tried to smile it off. Me and Chanyeol started dating as well, and he took me to get Ice cream every other week with him. Sage was a bit quiet to me as well, but not ignoring me like Taeyong. She didn't go to the same dance class as me anymore, she was in the 3rd building now. I only went there to practice late at night.
It was lunch now, and again only Chanyeol and I really talked, but I didn't want that.
"Sage," I begin to say. "How's dance going for you?"
"Good," She reply's. "I'm working hard on the new dance."
"That's good. I am too." I look over to Taeyong who was eating his food quietly. "And Tae, when will you do dance again?"
He paused, then looks over to me. "I don't know, I wasn't that into it." I didn't believe him, he told me he loved to dance.
"Are you scared your gonna hurt your leg?" He just looks over to me and nods. I didn't believe him about that either, he was only clear about his weakness when he lied. I noticed small things like this about him. "Well you shouldn't be. I am still waiting for you to come back again, so we can dance together."
Everyone looked at me. Chanyeol in jealousy, Sage is confusion, and Taeyong in a bit of shock. I just looked down and continued eating, and when the bell rang, I ran to class.
At work, Chanyeol visited me. And I told him to wait for me after my shift was over. I was going to tell him something, but I didn't know if I was sure about it. I saw Taeyong walk in, and I thought about talking to him. But I was with my boyfriend, the guy that cared for from 2nd grade. I should think about him more.
"Do you want to do the dance that Taeyong taught me." Taeyong must of heard me cause her turned to us. Chanyeol nods happily. If Taeyong wasn't going to do it, shouldn't Chanyeol do it. "Taeyong gave up on it, so I don't think he would be mad." As I said that Taeyong rushes out, and not to far after, me and Chanyeol do the same.
I taught Chanyeol the dance, but he didn't catch on as easily. He got some of it but he was a bit more stiff compared to Taeyong. We practiced for once the whole song. I imagined Tae doing it instead of Chanyeol, cause I was more use to dancing with him. But Taeyong gave up on dance, so it was pointless I guess.
"You did great!" I tell him with a smile on my face. "I'll practice with you tomorrow."
"Ok, want me to take you home?" He asks me with his cute smile.
"I'm gonna stay after and practice, I'll get a cab, go go and rest."
"Ok, stay safe. Be careful, you can't trust people." He chuckles.
"I know." I give him a hug, as he walks out the door. I set up my music, and practice over and over again, but I took a break this time. I wanted to end earlier today, I didn't feel like staying as long. I forgot my water bottle so I walked around looking for a water fountain, when I see someone walking. I could who it was. Taeyong. He lied to me about being here, I'm sure this isn't his first day back. Come to think about it, I'm sure he's the reason Sage doesn't practice with me anymore either.
"Tae!" I shout into the hall. He stops. "Why did you tell me you didn't want to dance anymore?"
He doesn't move anything but his head to look at me. He didn't say anything to me. He began to walk away again.
"You do hate me." I ask, stopping him again. "Did I do something wrong at the fair?" He shakes his head no. "Then why do you ignore me? You never want to talk to me, and when you agreed to finally go to the fair with me I was really happy about it. Now you want to ignore me, and when you talk it's nothing but lies. I practiced so hard just so I would be able to practice with you, but you told me you wouldn't come back. But I still waited." I take a breath, as I realize I was tearing up.
