Chapter Three.

Third person's point of view.

The next morning after meeting with Professor Magnolia, Hisuiharu was greeted with Leon standing at her door about to knock, "Oh!" she gasped almost bumping into him, "Oh... hi, good morning," he greeted, "Morning," she greeted back, "I realized last night that you don't really know your way around this region and I was thinking I could show you around," he said without meeting her gaze,

"That's very sweet, Leon, but I'm a big girl, I think I can figure out the map Professor Magnolia gave me, besides my Rotom Phone will help me if I need it," she said as she patted his shoulder, while moving around him to head down into the kitchen to eat something before leaving. Her bag already downstairs with her Pokémon, "Morning dear," Leon heard his mom greet, "Morning Ma'am," Hisuiharu greeted back,

"You really like her don't you, Lee?" Hop said startling Leon. Fumbling he yanked his brother into his side and covered his mouth, "I don't know what you're talking about," he snapped lowly, Hop looked at his brother with a look that said he wasn't convinced. Shoving his brother's hand off of his mouth he wiggled free, "that's not what I can see or what Gloria and Victor saw yesterday." Hop said which made Leon more embarrassed.

"They told me you were staring at Hisuiharu so hard your eyes looked like they might pop out of your head," Hop added, "Also, Gloria told me that Hisuiharu looked just as flustered by you as you are by her," Hop said and Leon's heart skipped in his chest, Hop chuckled before heading downstairs himself for breakfast.

When eating was done and Hisuiharu was ready to leave, she said goodbye to Hop and his mother, Leon had gone up stairs to get dressed, "what about Lee?" Hop asked, "I'll see him around," she said patting Hop's head. Leaving she was headed for the train station to get to Motostoke and see the ones in charge of registering trainers for the Gym Challenges. She was just about to check her ticket when she heard someone shouting her name. "Hisuiharu!"

"You've got time," the conductor said and she smiled, "Thanks," she said and rushed back outside. Getting outside just as Leon hopped off of Charizard she frowned, "It's literally a run down hill, did you really need to use Charizard for that short of a distance?" she teased and he blushed, "I was worried I'd miss you, plus he would have helped me chase down the train if we needed to," he answered and she laughed, "You have a point," she said,

"Anyway, there was something else I forgot to give to you," he said and dug around in his pocket, "I asked Professor Magnolia if I could be the one to give you yours," he said shyly as he held out a band of sorts to her. She took one look at it and figured like every other accessory she's had it made her Pokémon stronger. "Is this for my Pokémon?" he nodded, "it allows a Trainer's Pokémon to Dynamax in Power Spots and perform Max Moves." he said.

"Woah, sounds interesting," she commented while slipping the band on her wrist, it was a bit of a surprise to see thick black bands on her wrist, "What is that?" he asked and she smirked, "they're tattoos, I got them two years ago," he went a bit wide-eyed but easily accepted it. Then he also noticed another bracelet, it wasn't as bulky as the band he'd given her this one is more firmer, "You noticed my Z-Power Ring." she said,

"Yes I remember you made mention of it the other day," he said, she nodded, "It's a bracelet that allows a trainer and their Pokémon to gather the Z-Power required to perform Z-Moves. I had my first one replaced by the Z-Power Ring, which can use more Z-Moves than the original Z-Ring. A Z-Ring is made by refining a Sparkling Stone. Z-Rings have a slot in the center where the wearer can insert a Z-Crystal as well as multiple other slots to store Z-Crystals not in use." she said.

"Sound like fun!" he mused, "Yeah it was pretty interesting but I prefer Mega stones," she said and he nodded, "Everyone has something they like." he agreed. When the conductor announced the train's departure she started to panic, "I really got to go now Leon, see you around!" she called as she took off not letting him stop her, but he needed to see her off completely. So he raced into the station and leapt over the dividers and stood on the platform.
