Im running around in the park. Like i always do. My big sister, molly always takes me when mum and dad are yelling at each other. Molly says they are fake fighting. They are really good at it. I think they should be in movies become big people and have lots of money. That would be cool. I run to the swings, but i see a boy running for them to. I run faster. As he just jumps on i push him off

"Hey!" He said.

"Hi!!" I waved "my names Michelle, but mummy and daddy and sissy call me Mitchey" i stuck my hand out.

"Hi, I'm Nate, i don't have a nickname." He said as he pulled a face i pull when I'm upset.

"Well. I think you should have one. How about" i paused trying to think. I looked around and noticed something

"oh i know. how about skittles?"

"Why?"

I pointed to his pocket. "Your eating skittles and i like skittles so. Yeah thats your nickname"

"Ok" he said.

"But you still pushed me off the swing, i got there first. That isn't fair"

"Yes it is"

"And how is it fair??"

"Because I'm more awesomer than you"

"Whatever. You can have a go and ill push you" he said

I jumped up and down clapping my hands "yay! Thank you skittles!" He pushed me and i went so high i thought i would go up into the sky. I jump off the swing. I look around for my sister and see her with her earphones in and reading. I grab Nate's hand and quickly drag him to one of my favourite places at this park before molly sees us. The meadow. Its behind i wall of tree's and its full of small yellow flowers. I finally got there and we ran to the middle and sat down.

"Where are we?" He asks

"We are in a meadow. This is my place no one knows about, except you and me."

His eyes widened "cool!"

"so skittles, what do you wanna be when you grow up?"

"I wanna be a super hero so i can save people!" He said "what about you?

"Oh skittles i wanna be a princess, and live in a big castle with a crown and big beautiful dress." I told him just dreaming about it.

"Well i want to be a prince so then i could marry you" he said smiling. I smiled back and kissed his cheek.

"Skittles can you promise me something??"

"yeah sure what is it mitch?"

"that we make a promise to be friends forever."

"Ok cool lets do it" he agree. I stuck my pinky out for him to take. He hooked our pinkies together. And thats where it all began.
