I entered the main entrance of the large yellow painted building.
Everyone looked so happy and full of life and here i am dreading this day.
There are artwork of older students on each and every wall, school photo's, award certificate's, trophies and medals EVERYWHERE.
"Well look who it is..."
"Izzy!!! oh my, how I've missed your ugly face." I joked.
We both laughed and hugged eachother.
I heard the school bell ring, and each and every hallway started filling up with hopeless students packed together like sardines.
"We should better hurry to first period, we've got chemistry in room 56 and we cant be late" Izzy moaned.
"Oh the joy of chemistry first thing in the morning" I complained.
And we both joined the school of sardines to find our way to class.

"Good day my lovely students, I am Miss Fitzpatrick your chemistry teacher for the year. I warn you, chemistry is not a walk in the park, we're in this class to learn about matter and many other interesting topics. So no childish games okay guys?"
"Yes ma'am" the class chorused.
Luckily in this class we could sit in any seat we wanted to, no alphabetical order needed.
I had Izzy right next to me, and I was glad because we both knew nobody in this classroom but each other.
A good quality about Izzy is that she makes new friends real easy, but then there's me, the reasonably antisocial and tremendously awkward hermit, who enjoys being left alone in a world of fictional fantasies.
I couldn't keep my eyes off the digital clock that sat just above the blackboard in front of the classroom. I had exactly five more minutes before next period. I checked my school schedule to find out that I have biology next.
I always loved biology, it's one of the only subjects I actually get good test results for.
First period finally ended so I found my way to room 12, also known as "Professor Marten's biology lab."
Biology is one of the few classes in which I will not be sharing with Izzy, which is quite bleak but maybe that'll give me a chance to meet some new friends and overcome my bad habit of being antisocial.
"Hello, I'm Skylar, is this seat taken?" she interrupted my thoughts.
"uh uhm uh, n-no it's not" I stuttered.
"Mind if i sat here next to you?" Skylar politely asked.
"sure you may, I'm Aurora" I answered, giving her a friendly smile.
"Nice to meet you Aurora!" she kindly replied.
"so how was your holid-"
"Right! settle down ladies and gentleman!" My small-talk was interrupted by an oldish looking man, with snowish hair, dressed in a formal shirt that exposed his rather huge tummy from underneath it. He wore dark framed glasses and had a thick gold plated ring on his pointy finger.
"and why is all your attention on my phalanges young lady at the back?" The old man chuckled.
"that's a magnificent ring you've got there, sir." I complimented.
