The person who had entered the room, was too shocked to have run away or to speak. Elisa turned and looked at the girl looming in the flood of light.

She was shorter than average, with her dark brown hair split into high pigtails. Her blazer had various buttons decorating it, they had all seemed to be random with vibrant neon colors, and her socks were an unusual lemon yellow with multi-colored polka-dots.

"U-U-Uh....I can explain." Elisa spoke silently while excuses ran through her mind. However, her hands shook too much and her knees quaked with such a violent tremor that her thoughts refused to form into coherent ideas.

The girl's expression gradually switched from fear to something akin to pain, and understanding.

"Rose?" The girl whispered, having already known full-well who she was. The girl stepped forward some. She had lightly let the door shut close, so light had no longer peaked through the frame.

"D-D-Don't come near me!" Elisa threw her hands up defensively. She would be lying if she said she had perfect control over herself over the situation at all. Elisa's expression betrayed her immensely, for her face was contoured into a deep suffering. She felt like her energy was slowly being drawn out of her, And breathlessness and weariness was left in it's wake. She felt like the hot tears might roll down any moment now, she felt like it was all over before it had begun.

However, the girl didn't stop. She continued forward until there was ample space to remain between the two, and she curiously cocked her head at the wound on Elisa's hand, but nothing escaped her thin, closed lips.

"I won't tell anyone." The girl spoke at last. She gently held Elisa's hand and guided it into a more relaxed position from it's previous one. She didn't seem too bothered by the tremendous shaking that wrecked Elisa's hands, or the rest of her body. Elisa felt a wave of relief wash over her, however no amount of "she'll keep to her word" could ease the shaking, and no amount of words would ease Elisa's mind and prevent the traumatic memories from clawing their way from thinly buried sands.

The girl gently placed a kiss on each of Elisa's knuckles, causing Elisa to instantly panic and push the girl some feet away from her. Elisa's eyes were wide with alarm. Her whole body had clocked into it's "fight or flight" response but Elisa argued mentally, she couldn't do either of those things, or else she would be left with immense guilt and a drowning self of self-loath.

"I'm sorry...I'm a bit weird sometimes. I'm Louise...We should go get your hand cleaned up" When Louise normally would have offered a hand out to shake, or even the customary bow, she did nothing but hover still. Louise cursed herself for the fact that she hadn't realized sooner that Elisa wasn't used to normal human contact. She had jumped to the conclusion that Elisa had been a victim of bullying - Something Louise still has to endure to this day. A slice of her had been jealous for Elisa's luck. Elisa was loved by everyone without having to try, and she had just gotten here...But Louise had also scolded herself because it was a sick thought to think as it had become evident that Elisa was still suffering from something, even if she was liked by everyone.

"R-R-Right" Elisa took two steps forward, suddenly she felt faint and blackness consume her vision....She collapsed into a heap on the floor. Her head hit too hard and she fell into the deep sea of unconsciousness.
