Chapter 22

----------Hanna's POV----------

I can't believe that Spencer would ever say such a thing to me. I thought she was my friend, of course she betrayed me too. Maybe I deserved it just like I deserved Jordan's slapping. Now I'm standing next to Emily. I just watched Spencer drive away with the love of my life. It hurts to see them together but I guess that's how it works.
"Han you ok" Emily asked me
" umm no not really can we go back to the loft. I'll tell you there" I answered

"Ok lets go" we walked to the car and drove back home. 

"Ok Han what's up, you're obviously upset about something" 

"Spencer" I started "She told me to stay the hell away from Caleb" 

" WHAT, Why" I could tell Emily was starting to get mad 

" Cause he's her boyfriend now and she doesn't want us to hang out alone anymore" I explained

" Well that's not her decision to make" 

"Yeah well she's my best friend so I'll obey her rules" I mumbled 

"Hanna Spencer can't decide who you hang out with, she's not your mother" 

"Em, just drop it ok" I asked her calmly 

"Ok, but when are you going to tell the girls what Jordan did to you" she questioned 

"Can we invite them over now, I want to tell them that we are no longer together, just not Spencer who knows what she might think of" I sighed 

" Ok I'll go call them" she said getting up. 

10 minutes later we were all sitting on the sofa, including Mona considering we got closer. 

"Han, what's up? Emily said it was urgent" Aria asked 

I looked at them and started to cry. Emily quickly put her arm around and pulled me into a hug

"Han"Mona said "You don't have to tell us if you're not ready" 

"No I have to" I croaked. I sighed before letting the words slip from my mouth "Jordan slapped me after he caught me and Caleb hugging"  

I looked up at them and saw their shocked expression on their faces. 

"Hanna, please tell me you broke up with him" Alison said 

"Yeah I did" I cried "I know what he did was bad, but I loved him and that's why it hurts so much" 

"It's going to be ok Han" They all leaned in and we had a big group hug

"Does Spencer know is that why she's not here" Aria asked

"No, she doesn't and please don't tell her. Now that she's with Caleb I can't have her hating me anymore than she already does" I froze after I said that 

"What do you mean" Ali asked 

"Spencer doesn't want me to hang out with Caleb. Alone. She's afraid I'll do something with him" I explained 

"What that's stupid she knows you guys have a long history and she just goes after him" Mona raised her voice. 

"Guys don't it's ok" I calmly confirmed 

"Ok Han. Call if you need anything" Ali said kissing my head 

I nodded at her, we said goodbyes and we left 

"You want to watch a movie or something" Emily asked

"No Em I'm fine. I'm just going to go to bed "

"Ok goodnight Han" 

"Night Em"

I walked into my room and changed then got into bed. I couldn't stop thinking about Caleb. He would always be there for me when I was upset. Now he's with my best friend. I feel like i've been shot through my heart. I wish I could just run into his arms like I used to. I still love him, but I want my best friend to be happy. Why does it have to hurt so much
