Liam's POV
Niall's arms wrapped around me tightly and I felt his smile against my skin. I smiled into his neck as I held the love of my life tightly.
"It's been too long" He whispered gently into my ear and I simply nodded. Afraid if I tried to speak I would just cry.
After what seemed like hours, we finally let go, but I instantly missed his touch. His smile grew wider as he looked around.
"Where are our babies?" He asked happily, I laughed lightly, feeling a tear slip from my tired eyes.
We walked back to the living room where Harry sat with Alek, Juniper and Theo, all crowded around his feet as he read from a book. I smiled down at them and watched as Niall slowly walked over, Harry being the first to look up, a dimpled smile broke out on his face and he stood to greet Niall.
"Theo, Juniper. This is your papa." I said, my voice trembling as I tried to keep my tears from falling.
My babies jumped to their little feet and cautiously began to walk as best they could, over to Niall, who was now kneeling down, arms out wide, ready to hold them.
The second they reached his arms he pulled them close, not holding his tears back as small sobs left his mouth while he cradled his babies.
Our babies.
Yet another tear left my eye as I watched our family finally reunite.
Niall might not have been there when they were born, but I don't doubt for a second that he will spend another minute away from them.
From me. Because now he's home. We can be what we always dreamed.
A real family.
