The Principals Daughter (Completed/minor editing)

  I stayed in my room and continued on like nothing ever happened I cooked dinner for my dad we ate and then I went back upstairs I turned on the shower and went into the bathroom and looked at myself, why does everybody hate me?

    I sighed and then turned the water as hot as it could go. I stepped inside and winced at how hot it was I felt like it could boil me alive, but I didn't change the temperature because I deserved this and a whole lot more.

  I stood in the water and tears started to fall but I stayed there. My skin started to get blisters from the heat but I stayed. I waited until I got used to it then I turned it off and got out I dried off and put on my pajamas.

I went back in my room and sat on the floor, and cried myself to sleep, well tried but I couldn't go to sleep.

My alarm went off I pressed the off button and got up, I walked into the bathroom and brushed my teeth I pulled my hair up in a messy bun and then walked out. I changed into a pair of sweatpants and a sweatshirt and my black Nikes.

I grabbed my bag and walked downstairs to see my dad waiting he sighed, "hey why don't we pick up breakfast before we get to school"

"No thanks I'm not hungry"

"Okay we need to talk, come on"

I followed him into the kitchen and he motioned for me to sit down I sat then he sat and said, "Harper, I'm worried about you"

"Why you haven't been before"

"You haven't eaten, you haven't slept, I heard you crying last night, your barely talking and...look if this is about what me and Andrew did then I'm sorry but..."

"What you and Andrew did? What did you and Andrew do"

"You don't know"

"Dad what did you two do"

He sighed, "I told Andrew to ask you out he said he wasn't ready but I made him, and then when he did I...I told him to beat you or I would make sure a college never looked at him, Then I told him to leave you I was trying to make you give up the war between us, it was my move"

I sat there, he's the reason for all this I hate him!!

"You did all that your the one who drove a wedge in between me and Daniel"

"I'm sorry but you need to eat, and sleep you don't look to good"

"Don't tell me what to do, I don't have to listen to you anymore"

"I'm your father"

"What kind of Father makes his daughter's boyfriend beat them your a psychopath! Stay away from me"

I grabbed my keys and ran and got inside my truck and drove to school.

It was the end of all my classes and I could barely keep my eyes open, I went to my locker and opened it when I noticed Andrew staring at me he walked up to me and said, "Harper I'm sorry"

"It's fine my dad told me everything but you know you didn't have to do it so why"

"I did, if I don't go to college then how am I going to get a job to pay for my mom's hospital bills, look what I did was wrong my dad he...hits me too and I promised I'd never be that guy so I truly am sorry"

I hugged him, "Andrew it's okay I...forgive you"

"Thanks, so I guess I'll see you around"

I waved and he walked off I pulled my nag out of my locker and turned to be faced with Stephanie.
