donna jo lewis and eddie kaspbrak never got along. all because one simple day dj didn't cover her nose when she sneezed, and let's just say it went all over eddie. since then eddie despised her and called her a "walking germ".but she is "friends"with greta and hated it.so when she dumped wet trash on beverly marsh on the last day of school she stayed back to help her, and beverly had made her first friend. and billy denbrough who had kissed bev in second grade thanked the two girls for helping them get supplies by inviting them to the quarry. dj and bev end up hanging with the boys and get caught up in the clown mess. which causes dj and eddie to create a little spark.
