chapter 1

1 hours 48 mins 34 seconds is what Leo's watch read as he check it for the 20th time this hour. 'Holy shit', he thought "I am actually going to meet my soulmate, the person that was meant for me. What if s/he isn't hot or way hotter than me? I don't even know the gender of my soulmate. Oh my godd this shouldn't be stressful". Leo's mind was racing and he couldn't focus on the lesson at hand. He was so caught up in his thoughts he forgot he was in 5th period AP Lit and that it was his turn to read. "Leo? Hello? Anyone home?" He teacher asked him. "Yes Mrs. Holmes I'm here." And he  stared reading the next paragraph of 'How to kill a Mockingbird'. The second the bell rang for lunch and Leo bolted out the door making a beeline to the bathroom. He looked in the mirror fixing his hair and smoothing out his shirt. Leo was a "ladies man" as his friends liked to call him. He had wild blond hair with tanned skin and freckles scattered all over his face. He was average height about 5'10, but Leo's best feature was his eyes. His eyes were a beautiful sea green and one of them there was a section that was hazel brown. It looked like someone had dipped a paintbrush into brown paint and had just splattered it onto his eyes. 30 mins 23 seconds. "Had that much time gone by already? Shit." Leo thought to himself. "Ayyyyye Leooo!" Alex, Leo's friend hollered as he walked over to the lunch table. "Today's the big day right?" He questioned "Um yea it is" Leo said feeling a little uncomfortable "Well I hope he's cute!" Alex said with an ear to ear grin. "H-he?" Leo stammered " Oh calm down would ya. It's a 50/50 chance." Alex said with a smile. Alex hoped that Leo's soulmate would be a boy because he always had a gut feeling that Leo always liked boys but tried to cover it up with being interested in girls. He had seen the way Leo had looked at shirtless boys in magazines compared to shirtless girls. His eyes would light up at the sight of a hot, sweaty, shirtless man. "Well? Do you want to sit down so that you can eat you're lunch before you meet the love of your life?" "O-ok" Leo said and slide onto the bench next to his other friend Ricky. Soon all the boys were laughing at stupid jokes and seeing how much food they could stuff into their mouth at once. Then Leo's watch beeped. 59 seconds, and Leo stood up knocking his chair over. "Hey hey Leo it's ok you're going to be fine." Alex said hugging Leo. "Don't be stressed ok you got this. Now go out there and try to be really smooth. It always works." "Thank you so much Alex. Ok wish me luck everyone." And with that Leo put in a fake smile hiding that he was scared and walked away from the table as fast as he could. 30 seconds, 29 , 28. "That damn clock" Leo thought. He kept walking not knowing where he is going. "What if I don't meet my soulmate? What if my clock stops or what if my soulmate doesn't show up?" Leo was freaking out and wasn't looking where he was going. 5, 4, 3, 2.. "ouch!" 1. Leo collided with someone and almost fell on the floor until the unknown person caught him. Leo looked up and was greeted with the most gorgeous person he had every seen. He had blue eyes beautiful brown hair and perfect lips complemented with a perfect nose. His jawline was the hottest thing Leo had ever seen. It was so sharp it could probably cut you when you touched it. Leo was so in awe of him that he couldn't even think of a sentence and blurted out what he actually thought. "Fuck me please" Leo said with out even thinking, getting lost in his soulmates eyes. "So much for being smooth" he thought to him self. "Whoa love, am I really that hot?" He said smirking down at Leo. Leo just nodded imaging what was underneath his soulmates shirt. Wait what. He really hadn't thought of himself as gay before but right know he didn't care."Well love, good news for you because we are soulmates and I can't do any fucking  unless I know your name." He said. "My name is Leo Ferrolioi" Leo said "um what's your name?" He asked still a little nervous. "My name is Joshua Levear Josh for short. And if you don't mind I think I'll call you love, Well if that's ok with you of course." Leo blushed at this. " You can only call me love when I want you to." He said still embarrassed "mmh that's not how it works love." He said with a grin. "Has anyone told you that your eyes are beautiful?" Josh said running his finger up and down Leo's cheek. "Y-yeah" "Well have they ever told you that your gorgeous, and everything thing about you is." Josh said smoothly. Leo brought his mouth up to Josh's ear, gaining more confidence and whisper "No, only you." Then Josh stood up pulling Leo up with him. Leo almost passed out. Josh was at least 6'6 making him 8 inches taller. Holy shit I got lucky, he said to himself. "Awww little Leo is soo short and it's really cuttee."  Josh said in a baby voice. "Hey!" Leo said poking him in the stomach. "Oh ok we're going to play that game eh?" He exclaimed and grabbed Leo by the hips and started tickling the hell out of him. Leo was laughing and laughing until he had tears in his eyes. "Ahahahaa ok ok you win! I surrender!" He yelled. Suddenly the bell rang making Leo jump. "Oh my gods lunch is already over?" "Aww you don't want to leave me love do you?  After classes are over meet me in front of school and I'll take you on a date. How does that sound?" Josh said lacing his hand into Leo's. "I can't wait" He said with a huge smile.
