#10 : The Last Game

Frank

The little girl called Lucy and me managed to run away when Crow, Wolf and Kio came to attack Bryce and his companions. Bryce is horrible. He killed Simon's grandpa in front of him. He even killed Nicoh. We didn't know where to go anymore. And Lucy was hopeless now even if I'd tell her it was going to be alright. We walked a lot and decided to sleep in an alley which looked safe. I hope Crow and the others managed to escape from Bryce. I can only wish for the good.

Crow

I talked to Suzy again after a really long time but I wasn't feeling anything special for her. Maybe because I decided to have feelings for Shiba. But Suzy probably still thinks I have something for her. That'd be lame. I also told everything that happened with me to my dad.

- You should rest now, Crow. Leave the rest to me. says my dad.

I'm happy now 'cuz I don't feel pressured anymore. I wonder where my friends are. Kio, Wolf and Shiba.. they probably went away since I didn't join them. And they probably didn't come back to look after me 'cuz the port is full of zombies. And Frank.. he was probably dead killed by Bryce since he wasn't fighting with us.

Wolf

We took Bryce's van and we were riding through the city, not knowing where we were going. We just hoped Crow was alive and that he managed to save Suzy. We went to a supermarket to take some food and we took place in the play yard of a school. The night was falling. Kio's coughs are getting usual. He just spat blood.

- Are you okay, Kio ? asks Shiba.

- *cough* yeah.. I think.. I'm okay.. says Kio.

- Take this cup of water. she says while giving it to Kio.

That's maybe one of the syndromes the professor told me about. I looked at Kio with a surprising face and he half-smiled. He got that he'll become a zombie because when I saw Crow nosebleeding, I told Kio that it's one of the syndromes of zombie disease. But we didn't tell Crow about it. We didn't have the courage. Damn.. my friends are going to die and I can't do anything to help them.. I have so many thoughts running into my head but I'm trying to avoid them.

Kio

What's goin' on..? my vision is vague.. I'm seeing everything in slow motion. Suddenly, I'm seeing images of zombies appearing mouth opened in front of me. That's scary but my body isn't moving. Drinking water didn't solve this problem. Is this really the end ?

- You need rest now, I suggest you must sleep in the car. says Shiba to me.

Wolf

Shiba and me sat down with individual blankets and we were looking around and talking. We just knew each other since she came with Crow to Frank's crew. She's a nice girl. The night was so soothing. The wind was cuddling our faces and trying to cuddle our bodies which were covered by the blankets.

- Do you want to play a game or you wanna sleep ? Shiba asks me.

- Hm, let's play a game.

- Okay so the game is 'Never have you ever'. When I say 'never have you ever', you have to tell me something you've never done. And then, it's your turn to say 'never have you ever' and I'll tell you what I've never done.

That was the first time I was paying attention to her sweet face. The way she talks is so smooth too.

- Okay. I start. Never have you ever...

- Hm.. smoked. she said.

- Oh really ? You're probably the first girl I know who didn't. Haha.

- Well, thank you ? haha.

She just laughed and I really liked this awkward laugh in which I just got lost.

- Your turn now. Never have you ever... she said waiting for my answer.

- Cheated on my girlfriend. I said.

- Oh! haha! I bet it's a lie. :P she joked.

Shiba, you're the one who's making it a lie because I just started liking you. Huh.. I want to say that to her right now.

- Haha. No, no. Okay, it's your turn. Never have you ever.. I said instead.

- Seen permanent happiness.. she said staring into space.

She suddenly looked sad and I started having so many thoughts at the same time. I couldn't focus on what I was going to answer. And what I was going to tell her to comfort her. I was not saying a thing.

- Oh, I'm sorry, I killed the vibe just now. Haha.. ^^' she said.

- Never have I ever... made a girl cry. I said and I pulled myself towards her and I kissed her.

She didn't stop me for doing this. We kissed for a bit then she put her hand onto my chest, stopped slowly and said while looking down and trying to avoid my eyes :

- We shouldn't do that..

- Don't miss an opportunity to be happy, because you know you won't be happy after this night. I said seriously.

I couldn't control my feelings anymore. Neither my behavior. And neither what I was saying. I just wanted to discover her body. And to feel it.

I put my hand in her bra and started cuddling her breast while kissing her. She was avoiding my eyes and moaning.

- No.. that's not.. she said.

All I was thinking about in this moment was her body. Her sweet moans which were turning me on. I was cheating on my girlfriend and betraying my best friend but I wasn't realizing it. I was losing my mind. As if someone else was controling me. I couldn't stop myself.

Her thigh touched my crotch. I didn't know if she did that on purpose or it was because I was moving forward and making her lay on the floor. Now I was on her and I felt like this was the best moment in my life and I forgot everything and I just focused on the moment. And focused on her. She was now looking up into my eyes without saying anything. She doesn't look like she doesn't want to do that with me. She might like it. And Crow isn't here to make her feel good anyways. So... :

- I'll help you be happy permanently. I said getting closer.
