I walked in class late, luckily I snuck in before they called my name. "Y/N?" The teacher yelled my name. "Present." I said quietly. He nodded and continued. I look st the front to see c/n. She was so beautiful. My mom and her mom always hang out. So we are childhood friends. I started to fall for her when I was 13. I don't think she likes me back though, it makes me sad that it can't happen like that. The teacher slammed his ruler at my desk. I jumped almost tumbling over. "Y/N what are the five mature parts and functions of a heart?" He looked at me closely. "Uhh, a heart?" I said questionably. "Ugh, listen next time!" He said and restarted the lesson. This time I looked/listened very closely. The bell rang and I walked out. C/n follows me. "Wowie! That teacher is super strict." She says. "Yeah...I might get nightmares if I see his face again." I said. She laughed. That laugh always brightens my day.

While I was in my next class the principle on the intercom says. "I would like to have every student and workers come to the gym." That instant everyone was happy. No learning, no teaching. While I was walking I see c/n running up to me. We walked into the gym and waited for the principle to come.

After a couple of minutes he finally came! Mostly people thought there was going to be a week off school. "Ahem. Okay settle down kids. I have a announcement. The mayor gave us an envelope." He says and grabbed a tissue to rub away the snots! "There are to many schools in (city's name). So...we have to shut down the school. So this means grab all your things and find another school to go to. I'll give out the trophies to the staff. This will be your last day so make sure you get all your things. I'm sorry staff for your jobs." He walked off and headed to his office.

I was shook. My mom isn't going to have her job, my friends might not go to the same school with me, the worst of all c/n might move or not go to the same school. We might compete against each other, I might get bullied, beaten! I ran to the janitors closet 'cause some of the girls are already in the bathroom sobbing. I cry there wondering how things are going to be. Mostly thinking of the worst.

All of the teachers didn't teach because they were looking for jobs or crying. Some of the kids are happy because it will take some time to get in a school.

While I sobbed there maybe to loud 'cause c/n heard. She opened the door slowly. To see me in tears. She shut the door and ran to me. She hugged me and we cried together. We settled down and I put my head on her shoulder. She played with my hair and I played with her necklace.

After awhile sitting there. I had gathered enough courage to tell her, tell her that I love her. I grabbed her hands, looked straight in the eyes with my puffy looking eyes. "C/n...I had-Well have and continue. What I'm trying to say." I put my hand on her shoulder. "I love you." I blush deeply red and let go. "Uh, I'm sorry that was stupid of me. Just pretend you didn't hear that. Let's go. I ha-" I was then pulled into a kiss. I melted into the kiss. "I love you too." She said. I had a huge smile on my face. I hugged her. "I'm glad you do." I kissed her cheek.

The last bell ever rang. We got out and grabbed our things. "Well, I'll see you on the next school I guess." c/n winked at me. "Yup, see you."
