Chapter 17 Part 2 - Carnival... Yay? For me.. Hecks yes!

Elena's POV

"Pop you stupid balloon! Pop!!!!" Nikki yelled at the top of her lungs. Oh if you're wondering what's happening here, well Nikki and I are at the balloon pop booth and well she's very competitive so she's yelling at the balloons like a crazy person because they won't pop.

I cringed and then put my hand over Nikki's mouth and said "Oi woman! It's just a game! I love you but stop screaming! Now if I move my hand will you scream?"

Nikki shook her head no. I released her and she got quiet and then looked at me and started laughing. Yes, laughing. Soon I couldn't help I joined in and laughed uncontrollably about what had just happened.

Soon the rest of the group found us and looked at us like we were crazy because we still hadn't stopped laughing.  As soon as we calmed down, or well in other words I calmed down and well smacked Nikki on the back until she stopped and scowled at me while trying to rub the spot on her back where I hit her.

I grinned and then looked at Theo who looked like he wanted to ask what went on but was unsure if he should ask. Well Tiffany beat him to the punch since she can't handle not being in the loop.

"What the hell were you guys laughing crazily about? I want in on the joke!!" She exclaimed. See what I mean can't handle not being in the loop.

I grinned and said "Nikki wouldn't stop yelling at the balloons because she wasn't popping them and therefore not winning anything so I clamped my hand over her mouth and then when I took my hand off we both started laughing."

Tiffany laughed and said "Wow, nice Nikki."

Everyone else started to laugh and then Nikki scowled at all of us and said "I'm going to get some cotton candy and none of you are invited!" 

I looked at her confused and then chuckled when she walked away backwards while narrowing her eyes at us and making the 'I'm watching you' symbol. Then she turned around and we all started following her knowing it was going to make her mad and well possibly spaz out. 

Theo came by me and wrapped his arm around my shoulder and whispered even though everyone here is a werewolf and can hear everything, minus Chloe and myself. "I think Nikki's finally lost it." 

I chuckled and so did everyone else and then Nikki yelled "I heard that Theo Peters! And mark my words I will get you back!"

I laughed and then we all went to the cotton candy stand much to Nikki's dismay.

"You want cotton candy?" Theo whispered in my ear huskily. 

A shiver ran down my spine and I whispered back to Theo "Sure, I want the blue cotton candy."

He chuckled and went to go get my cotton candy. There were picnic tables so Tiffany and I grabbed a table and everyone else sat down either at Tiff and I's table or the table across from us. 

"So Elena, are you having a good time?" Tiffany asked while grinning.

I grinned back and tapped my chin like I was in deep thought and said "Let me think about it...... Um hell yes!"

We high fived and then I said "So Tiff, when do you think you're going to meet your mate?"

She took in a shaky breath and looked down then looked at me with tears and her eyes and said "I honestly don't know I hope soon, I mean I haven't even turned eighteen yet and even if I was eighteen right now I still might not meet my mate ever. You and Theo are lucky, if I meet my mate I want to have a relationship just like yours Len."

I hugged her and wiped the tears from her eyes and said "You will meet your mate and I'm going to be there every freaking step of the way. And you may not want a relationship like mine, I mean Theo did drop me in ninth grade I think you might want to go a little higher like maybe someone who will drop you in college." I said the last part to make her laugh.

She laughed through her tears and said "This is why I love you Len, you always make me feel better when I'm down. I don't know what I would do without you."

I grinned and said "Well hun I don't know what you would do without me either!"

She rolled her eyes while grinning and said "Now don't me subtle Len."

I chuckled and then said "Where the hell is Theo with my cotton candy?"

"Right here." Theo whispered in my ear. 

I jumped and put a hand over my heart "God damn it Theo! Don't do that I could of had a heart attack!"

Theo chuckled and then everyone started laughing including Nikki! I rolled my eyes and took my cotton candy from Theo and pecked him on the cheek as a thanks and everyone went 'Awwww'.

I blushed and then Nikki cried "You guys are too cute!!"

That made me blush even harder and then I said loudly "Why don't we all go on the Ferris wheel!"

Everyone agreed, and I mean everyone which is different for a change we all usually argue over these things. I carried my cotton candy in one hand and I was holding Theo's hand in the other, we walked over to the Ferris wheel while I ate my cotton candy. As we got closer to the Ferris wheel there was no line so we all got on in different cars and of course I was with Theo. 

As the car that Theo and I were in got to the top of the ferris wheel and stopped I realized that this was so cheesy and that we were probably going to kiss up here, well the kissing is just fine with me even if it is cheesy.

I looked over at Theo and found that he was already looking at me with love and lust in his eyes. I put my hand on his cheek and moved closer to him and whispered cheekily "I think one of us is supposed to say three little words and I know it's not me babe."

Theo chuckled huskily and put his hand on my thigh and said while tracing circles on it "Yeah I think that's my line."

I threw my head back while laughing then I calmed down and looked back into Theo's eyes and he said "I love you."

My heart skipped a beat and I whispered back "I love you too." Theo pressed his lips to mine and I felt like fireworks were going off all over my body. Theo nipped lightly at my bottom lip and I opened up my mouth and gave him entrance. His tongue plunged into my mouth and I moaned at the taste of his tounge. It was like he was my all time high. I pulled away from the kiss to get air and he lightly kissed down my jaw line and just before he made it to my neck, I said

"Theo we've got to stop the ride is over." I whispered. He nodded and we got off the ride.

As soon as we found everyone else Tyson yelled "Lets go on all the rides here!" 

We all yelled in excitement and went to the nearest ride which was a roller coaster. As we all got on I felt a little bit of fear spike in my heart even though I love roller coasters. I took a deep breath and the ride started.

As soon as we got off of the ride I felt fearless even though my legs felt like jelly. "Lets go to the next ride!" I hollered to everyone. The rest of the night was as night that I would never forget, it was just that great.
