When I worked in a call center training school I built my own module that deals with confidence, basic business skills commonly used in call centers and interview skills. I also included techniques on how to immediately improve your English skills.

My exboss doesn't know I did this, but I told all the call center training inquiries I got to talk to that, I'll train them for free if they enrolled at our training center, which they did, after work hours and this is possibly one of my best and favorite side projects.

I didn't make money from the process so I hope there's possibly no grounds for me to get sued and my work is my personal remix learned from investing a small fortune in learning personal development, skills, through reading, research, seminars and personal experience so no copyright violations there .

I got treated to free food, beer and best of all I got to know a lot of people really well. I'm now making this training available through this book.

I usually talk to my students for about three hours discussing these things. Letting them take notes and participate in some of the activities. I try to share as much as I can during training.

I really believe in people's potential to learn and apply effective ideas. During my work in the training school we were able to help highschool level people and people (who believed they'll be stuck as a tricycle driver, security guard and waiters) get work in a call center. They got the benefit of a regular income and a nice pay increase. They were then able to move on to a higher level because they picked the first step.

I have a friend who started out as a department store shoe sales clerk, then got a job in a call center, saved some money and did a few sales gigs then put up his own learning center, a few other small business ventures then eventually has a call center.

I'm 26 years old at the time of this writing and seeing what people can accomplish in a few years never ceases to amaze me. I hope that this short guide serves you well. I hope it contributes to your success. Please let me know how this had helped you and for any concerns please feel free to visit me at my home online kevinolega.com
