This book is written for shy people and if you are already confident you can skip this book and apply in a call center already.
You may follow this book word for word and expect results but I would prefer that you use it as a guideline.
I believe you are smart enough to know how you can best reach your goals.
Pick up what's useful and discard what is useless. My intention is to compliment what you have and not replace it.
You can make the most of this book by experimenting on yourself so you can grow and achieve what you want to achieve.
The most important thing is to not take things too seriously and to learn to laugh at yourself when you make mistakes and move forward. At the end of this book you will be ready and competent to approach your call center application confidently.
You might experience your shyness to pretend to be your conscience and talk you out of your goal. Do not let it do so.
Continue to write your negative thoughts on this book and write a reason why you should continue next to it. When an idea makes sense move immediately and take small steps to get started.
Taking action is the key to making your dreams reality. Chaining yourself to fear, doubt and shyness is not a fun or comfortable way to live. I've been there, so I know.
Have a notebook and a pen next to you and take notes. If you are using the ebook version take notes on your notebook. If you have a printed copy feel free to write anywhere.
