Ryan and I went out for a run this morning to prepare ourselves for the busy day ahead. Today is finally the day we have all been waiting for its Fight day. Ryan is more than ready for this fight tonight and I have every faith in him to win it. I'm finally better so I can finally leave the house without Ella shouting at me for not resting.
Once we had finished our run, Ryan headed down to the boxing gym where he would be having his fight to prepare and get himself fully ready. Me and Ella went to the salon to get our nails and hair done for the big night because we both have a feeling that we are going to be ending the night with a celebration.
"What colour are you getting Ella?" I asked looking for inspiration on how I wanted mine.
"I think I'm going to go with the classic French ombre" I nodded my head in approval.
"You know what I think I'm just going to let you use my nails as a canvas and you can go free style" I informed the nail technician who smiled creatively.
Once we had both had our nails done we moved onto our hair, Ella had hers cut and blown straight and I decided to have mine cut and blown curly just so I didn't clash with Ella.
"Its my treat Mollie, were going to the mall and buying two new outfits for tonight one for me and one for you!" She squealed in excitement.
I simply nodded laughed and followed behind her.
"I love finally having a girl in my life... For years I have been surrounded by boys and the company of them just draws away all of my energy but now I have you in my life and my god I love it!" She said while rummaging through rails holding outfits up against her body in the mirror.
"I'm happy your in my life too" I giggled.
I put on the dress that Ella bought me and matched it with a pair of puma trainers, took a few selfies and waited in the living room for Ella so that we could set off. She came into the living looking like a 21 year old woman rather than some who is 45 years old.
"Are you ready?" Ella asked linking our arms together.
"Lets go see our champion!" I laughed as we left to go to the boxing arena.
We arrived and were ushered to our seats that had been reserved on the front row. We sat down and waited nervously for the fight to begin. The announcements sounded 'Ryan VS Blake'. My palms became sweaty and my heart started beating wildly. Ryan walked out and got into his corner, he looked at me in the eyes and I mouthed a quick 'I love you' to him before the count down started.
Punches were thrown from both Ryan and Blake.
"And the winner of the fight is..."
My heart was thumping, Ella held my hand anxiously rooting for Ryan to be crowned victorious. The 10 second break felt like it had lasted 3 years.
"RYAN!" I dived out of my seat and into Ella's arms. Ryan stood proudly in the ring. I made my way towards where he was stood but was pushed harshly by someone's chest. I landed on the floor but hit my head on the side of one of the chairs. I reached my hand up to touch my head and winced at the pain, I was bleeding.
"Mollie... Shit are you okay?" Ryan asked running to me and helping me up.
"Yeah I'm okay but I have a feeling I may need stitches" I laughed awkwardly.
Ryan and I looked up to the person who had pushed me.
"Daniel?" We both questioned in unison.
He looked at me with a guilty expression, then looked at Ryan who looked like he was going to kill him any second and then looked at Ella who slapped him with force.
"Car now!" She told me and Ryan who listened to her order.
We arrived at A&E and the wait wasn't too long only 2 hours. Ryan sat with a moody look on his face, to say he had just beat Blake finally in a fight that he had been preparing for months for you would think he would be a little bit happier.
"Mollie the doctor is ready to see you..." A lady called and with that the three of us stood up and followed her down the corridor and into the doctors office.
