Ashton's POV

Holy Shit. I looked over at the beautiful girl next to me. Michael said she was gorgeous but now I know what he meant. Jesus. She had beautiful brown hair that was about shoulder length, big brown eyes that I could melt in, and just overwhelming beauty. I looked over at him and mouthed "I see color." Before looking back over at her. Michael had always seen color, ever since a young age. He would always say it's because of Emma, but no one believed him. He just had a great life.

Emma curled into Michaels arms and rested her head on his shoulder. "Mikey.. I had a bad night.." She mumbled, looking up at him. He brushed her hair back and kissed her forehead lightly. "What happened?" He asked and I stopped listening. I didn't want to invade in her personal life.

"Don't you think so too Ashton?" Michael asked, looking up at me. I looked at him confused. "I'm sorry, what? I wasn't paying attention" I said shyly. Emma looked up at me and smiled softly "I was just telling Mikey that I saw color for the first time today, when I saw you actually." She says, blushing softly.

My mouth nearly falls open. This was no coincidence any more. I saw color because of her and she saw color because of me. It was simple. "I saw color when I saw you too.." I replied back to her after forever.

Michael took his arm away from her shoulder and motioned her towards me, since he had given up on her as of last month. It took him forever, with lots of nights of him calling me, crying over her. I felt terrible for him. But if he was going to let me at least go on a date with her, I would take the opportunity.

Michael just let us talk for awhile, him putting in headphones and playing Xbox, looking a bit upset. I looked passed it though, talking to Emma and everything and nothing.
