Chapter 6

It was morning and I was so tired, and hungry, mostly hungry. After lunch with Nash I fell asleep without eating dinner. I took my phone from my desk and checked if I had any notifications. Nothing had come up so I decided to text Nash.

Hey Nash. What's up?

Within five minutes I had a response.

Hey beautiful, I'm not doing anything today.

Aww he called me beautiful!

Well do you wanna come over?

Sure! See you in a few minutes xo

Okay, I'll be waiting!xo

I went downstairs and my mom was walking out of the door.

"Mom, where are you going?"

"Oh honey you're awake. I'm going out with my friend Molly. We probably won't be back till tonight since it's her birthday so you be good!"

"Okay mom I will, have a good time!"

I closed and locked the door after she left and then I plopped down on the couch and watched TV.

I was watching once upon a time when I heard the doorbell ring. When I opened the door, an incredibly handsome Nash was standing in front of me. His handsomeness made me realize I was still in my pajamas, but I didnt mind.

"Well hello my lady." He joked

"Oh you're so kind." I laughed

It felt good to be with Nash. He was just so perfect in every way but at the same time, he wasn't. His flaws made him so special and I just loved everything about him.

"So what do you wanna do?" He asked

"Well I was just watching TV but we can do whatever you want."

"TV sounds good."

"Okay."

I sat on the couch and he sat next to me a little too close but I didn't mind. We were about halfway through an episode of once upon a time when I felt his arm wrap around my shoulder. I looked at him and he looked at me.

"What?"

"You're so beautiful."

I was blushing again but I didn't care.

"You know Nash you are-

He cut me off. I felt his lips on mine and it was like heaven. I felt butterflies in my stomach rise as he kissed me. It was so simple and so sweet. I pulled away and looked at him.

"Wow." I said

"Yea." He said

The rest of the afternoon was kind of awkward we didn't really speak to each other that much. It was almost dinner time when Nash started to talk.

"Lisa."

"Yes."

"Can I ask you something?"

Oh no what now I can't take surprises. I hope that this news isn't that bad, we've had a good day so far.

"Sure."

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

I didn't even have to think about that question.

"Yes."
