They got on his motorcycle and they rode to the Smithsonian Museum. They walked to the exhibit that was dedicated to them.

"Symbols to the nation. Heroes to the world. The story of Captain and Lady America is one of honor, bravery and sacrifice," the Smithsonian narrator said.

The siblings made sure that no one recognized them as they looked at the exhibit.

"When you said we were remembered, you were not kidding," Y/N commented.

"I told you," Steve smiled.

"Welcome to the Smithsonian. Visitor information booths are available on the second level," a woman's voice replied over the intercom.

"Denied enlistment due to poor health, Steven and Y/N Rogers were chosen for a program unique in the annals of American warfare. One that would transform them into the world's first super soldiers," the narrator continued.

They saw two screens that had each of them when they were small and skinny. Then they faded to show what they looked like after that.

A boy recognized them immediately. They both smiled at him. Y/N waved to him while Steve put his finger against his mouth to tell the boy to keep quiet. The boy waved back and nodded.

Steve and Y/N then saw old footage of themselves.

"In this rare footage, everyone's favorite warriors, Captain and Lady America..." the recording of the footage explained.

"Wow. It feels like yesterday when we were actually there," Y/N said.

"Yeah. I feel that way everyday. Then when you see it here, it's like we were back in our own time," Steve remarked.

Y/N nodded in agreement.

Then they went to the display where there were mannequins with costumes of Steve's old commando squad.

"Oh my god," Y/N gasped quietly.

"I know, right?" Steve said.

"Battle tested, Captain America, Lady America, and their Howling Commandos quickly earned their stripes. Their mission, taking down HYDRA, the Nazi rogue science division," the narrator explained.

Then they saw a display of their friend, Bucky Barnes. Y/N started to tear up, remembering when they first confessed, had their first kiss, then it was all taken away. Steve saw this and gave her a brotherly hug, making her return it.

"Best friends since childhood, Bucky Barnes, Steven Rogers, and Y/N Rogers were inseparable on both schoolyard and battlefield. He and Y/N Rogers were more than just friends to each other when the Rogers siblings were enlisted. Barnes is the only Howling Commando to give his life in service of his country," the narrator said.

They watched the footage of when they were just laughing and having a good time. Then it showed when Y/N and Bucky had their first kiss. Y/N smiled through tears, remembering it.

Then Steve and Y/N went into a little theater and watched some footage of an older looking Peggy Carter being interviewed in 1953.

"That was a difficult winter. A blizzard had trapped half our battalion behind the German line. Steve and Y/N...Captain and Lady Rogers, they fought their way through a HYDRA blockade that had pinned our allies down for months. They saved over a thousand men, including the man who would...who would become my husband as it turned out. Even after they died, Steve and Y/N were still changing my life," Peggy told the interviewer.

Steve held his old compass and opened to at the photo of Peggy he'd kept. Y/N wrapped her arm around his, making him look at her with a smile.

"Is she still alive?" she asked.

"Yeah. They told me while you were getting ready. I thought that it would be a good idea to go and see her after this," he explained.

"I agree. It would be good to see my sister by heart again," Y/N commented.

"Yeah, it would," Steve responded with a smile then said as he got up, "Come on. Let's go see her."

They walked out of the building, got on the motorcycle, and rode off.
