It was a warm summer's afternoon.
I laid down on my armchair, once again admiring how white Priss' living room was. White walls, white rug, white tables, white chairs... you get the idea. The only things coloured were the bowl of decorative fruit placed in the middle of that long table, placed in between the three armchairs and the television.
I grabbed the day's newspaper from the 'Newspaper Box' and flipped the pages idly. Afterall, it was important for a detective to be well informed. I sighed as I saw an article. We expected this.
Hart's Detective Agency Going Bust?
After Mrs Amelia Hart and Mr River Hart' s mysterious deaths 17 years ago, they have left everything to their then 1 year old daughter, Priscilla Hart- including their famous detective agency, Hart's. Recently turned 21 year old Priscilla, has reclaimed the company, but has not been managing it well. In a recent case, Hart's has been sued by a Mrs Grace- a lady who wishes for her last name and age to remain anonymous- for 'accidently' burning their house down.

Thank gawd that Priss was rich.
"Hart's Detective Agency, this is Priscilla Hart," came a faint voice from upstairs.
Honestly, I didnt want to get my hopes up. What were the chances of us getting a boon after that article?
Priscilla's voice got louder and louder- she was climbing, more like sprinting, down the staircase with the wireless phone in one hand. "Yes, absolutely, sir. What time would you like to meet up? Yes, that would be lovely. Have a nice day. Goodbye!"
"Em, you have got to hear this."
"What?" I asked.
She explained- grinning from ear to ear and her stormy grey eyes bright- the phone call.
Well... all I could say is that it was the most interesting case we've ever got.
