First, to understand this story, we must go back to August 2013, where we find Tyler becoming friends with two freshman girls, Jessica and Jamie. Tyler was a sophomore at Sheldon High in Sacramento, California. He was a 5' 10" lineman for the Sheldon Huskies, of which Jessica and Jamie were dating two different players. Now we fast-forward to February 2014, when Jessica asks Tyler to hang out with him one Saturday afternoon. When he arrives at his high school, he sees Jessica with a short black girl, who he thought was an eighth grader. He introduced himself to her, and realized he had seen her around school. Her name was Imani, Jessica's best friend, and she too was a freshman. All that day, Tyler and Imani made fun of Jessica, which ended up with the two following each other on Instagram. They then started to kik each other and that whole day, Tyler couldn't stop thinking about her. Soon, he would start to develop a crush on her. He knew it was wrong, she had a boyfriend, but he still did. Soon, they would meet again.
