Ryan walked out first and I followed closely behind him with Paris securely in my arms. Everyone stopped there conversations and turned there attention towards us.
"Meet Paris Abigail Lively" Ryan stated proudly looking towards his daughter in my arms.
Everybody cooed and took turns to hold the baby and offer there congratulations to me and Ryan.
Labour took up every bit of energy I had so I left Paris with Ryan, said thank you to everyone for coming and I headed to bed to get some much needed rest.
2 Months later:
I've finally started getting my pre baby body back. I wasn't really bothered about my changes because they tell a story, but since I have been back working at the gym once a week my body seems to be going back to the exact way it was before.
Today was a day that I've been waiting for, for months. We were going to have my wedding dress fitted, I say this but its more like finding a dress and then getting it fitted. So far I've seen images of dresses in magazines but non that I've seen and though that's the dress that I want. Ella kindly offered me her wedding dress and said that I could have it altered to suit my style but I had to politely decline on that offer.
We all sat around the table eating breakfast but were interrupted by the cries that sounded down the baby monitor.
"I'll go" I pushed my chair out and headed to the nursery to my crying daughter.
"What's to do Paris?" I mimicked in a baby voice while bouncing her up and down. These past two months have been the best months of my life, Paris has made me a such happier person. She stopped crying when she was in my arms and I decided that I may as well get her ready for the busy day we had ahead of us.
Ryan and Ella sat in the front of the car and I sat in the back with Paris. Once we arrived at the boutique Ryan left to get his suit from a shop down in town while me and Ella headed inside with Paris to meet Becca, Lucy and Hannah (Ryan's other sister).
"Hi you must be Mollie?" The lady asked when we walked in.
"Yeah" I laughed noticing her excitement.
"Your friends are this way" She said ushering us through the door that led us to the others.
"Okay so just take a look around pick out as many dresses as you want and we will go from there" She explained pointing out the different types of dresses in different areas.
We all raked our way through racks of dresses each picking out ones that we liked and putting them into the changing room. Ella picked out 2, Becca picked out 4, Lucy picked out 2 and Hannah picked out 1, as for myself... I picked out 6 dresses.
The ones Ella picked out weren't really my style... she liked the puffy dresses with long sleeves that were about as flattering as a potato sack.
Becca picked out one dress that I put in the maybe pile, it was a simple elegant lace dress that went fishtail at the bottom but the other 3 were just awful.
I didn't really like the dresses Lucy picked because they were very reserved and classy and to be realistic that isn't me.
Hannah picked out a gorgeous dress but it was one of them that looked better off than it did on, so what looked like the perfect dress on the hanger was ugly as hell on me.
My patience was growing thin and I was getting myself worked up and emotional. I had one final dress left to try on but I wasn't at all hopeful for it.
It was a tight strapless gown that fanned out with a train, the small detailing was lace and had hints of glitter.
I looked at my self in the mirror and let out a breathe I didn't even realise I was holding.
"What do you think?" I asked as I walk out of the changing room.
Everybody gasped and I saw a fear Tears leave Ella's eyes.
"That is the dress" She said wiping them away quickly.
Lucy and Hannah agreed.
"So do you say yes to the dress" Hannah laughed mocking her favourite show. To which I nodded in response.
