I woke the next morning on the couch, and I was aware of the breathing human beside. Niall and I were lying on the couch, wrapped in the two blankets. He had an arm around my back and the other around my stomach. My head was currently resting on and against his chest, with one hand rest on his chest and the other around his waist. His hair was a bit disheveled but he never looked more adorable. I smile at the sight of him; I’ve never felt more comfortable or happy in my life.

Suddenly, Niall’s eyes begin to flutter open. He quickly scans the room before looking down at me with a smile. His arms tighten around me, bringing me closer to him.

“Good morning beautiful.” His voice is low and husky; it was incredibly sexy.

“Good morning handsome.” I smile at him. “How did you sleep last night?”

“Like a baby, thanks to you babe.” Niall replies back, smiling.

“We should probably go back. Does Liam know where you took me?” I ask.

“Yeah, the lads helped me set up the place yesterday. Although Liam wasn’t too keen on us ‘sleeping’ together.” Niall chuckles at the end. My dear cousin…

“Well, let’s go back to the flat and make breakfast for everyone. It’s like eight right now.” I suggest. Niall groans and mumbles something along the lines of, “Do we have to?”, “I wanted more time alone,” and, “She’s too sweet…” Niall groans as I get up from the couch to stretch and, reluctantly, follows suit.

We quickly gather our things and make our way downstairs. Niall’s Rover is parked directly out front as we throw our things in the boot, Niall opens the door for me (so chivalrous) before getting in and warming up the engine.

“Thank you for last night Niall; it was honestly the best night of my life.” I say as we turn towards each other, intertwining our hands.

“I’m glad you liked it babe.” Niall replies, his voice still slightly husky. “Just to let you know, that won’t be the best night of your life.” Niall winks at me as my jaw drops; he lets go of my hand to change gears to start getting out of the boardwalk.

“Thank you for ruining such a sweet moment Ni. So typical.” I grumble as I look straight ahead out of the front window. Niall reaches for me with his right hand as he keeps the wheel steady, cruising through the streets of London in the early morning.

“Oh come on love, don’t be mad at me. I’m sorry, can I buy you some Starbucks?” Niall apologizes, his plump lips turning into a puppy pout. It was hard to admit, but his pout was almost pathetic as Liam’s.

“Oh so now you’re going to bribe me with Starbucks.” I scoff. “I suppose so. But you’re not getting off the hook that easily Horan.”

“Good because I was gonna bring you here anyways.” Niall says right as we pull up to a Starbucks. Luckily there was a drive-thru. Since coffee made me sleepy, I end up getting a white hot chocolate with a shot of peppermint syrup (seriously try this, it’s so amazing!!) and Niall gets a normal hot chocolate. Soon we’re back on the streets, sipping our drinks. We make some jokes and talk about what we’re going to make everyone for breakfast.

“Babe please make your pancakes!! They’re sooooo good and absolutely to die for! Can you put some chocolate chips in mine??” Niall begs as we pull up to the building. We get out with our drinks and overnight bags as the valet takes the Rover away.
