Chapter 2

Hey guys so sorry this is a super late chapter ive been super busy!!!! but here's the chapter so enjoy!

I still was wondering why i was going with this stranger...he led me into his home. The house was small and smelled of sweet candy. He told me to sit and he left the room.

He came back with cookies...it seemed super awkward....

"Here you go." He said and smiled sweetly. I was starving, but i also wanted to be polite so i took a cookie and ate it like i was a squirell.

"Thanks..so why did you bring me here?" I say trying not to sound rude.

"I dont know..because your a beautiful girl..." He shyly says. I squirm in my seat and blurt out like an idiot.

"Uhm..where's your bathroom?"

"Down the hall to the right. You'll see it." He point's.

I walk down the dim hallway and turn to the right. I see the bathroom but my eye's draw away and i peek into a dark room..

I flick the light on and my mouth drop's open in horror....I flick the light off quickly and go into the bathroom.

I felt sick and uneasy..I need to get out of this house...

I flush the toilet just to make him believe i went...and open the door. I walk back to him and make my excuse.

"Well this was fun. We should hang out more. But I must go so i'll see you later ok?"

"Okay.." He say's strangely.

I walk out the door and walk at a fast pace to get away from that house.

I see Lannie in the feild just sitting there.

"SAPPHIRE!!!!!" She sqeals and runs to me with a tight hug.

"Hey. Isnt your brother gonna be mad with you around me?" I say a little worried.

"No.." I hear his voice behind me and I jump.

I look at the ground awkwardly and back away.

"Look im sorry..do you need a place to stay?" He says and smiles.

"Actully Yeah...." I stutter..

"YAY C'MON SAPPHIRE!!" Lanie says and grabs my hand, dragging me into the little cottage once again.

"Lannie can I talk to your brother for a quick second?" I smile at her.

"Sure im going to get my toys ready!" She giggles and skips to her room.

"My name's Zeke.." He spoke stirnly.

"Zeke..do you now about the guy who lives close by? His name is Henry.."

Zeke's eye's looked at me..

"Stay away from him!"

"He took me into his house..." I shutter and remember the room.

"There was a room..it was dark..I turned the light on and...the room was covered with knifes and other tools. There was a bed with cuffs.. The floor and bed were drentched with blood...and there...was a body...a girl..she had black hair...she looked about my age..but..i think she was dead..." I shutter and tears form in my eye's....i couldnt handle stuff like that..

"Hey.." Zeke grabs my hand... "Promise me you'll stay away from him..please.."

"I promise.." I quiver and smile weakly.

Lannie stomps in. "Are you coming yet? Its so boring without you!" She whines and I laugh and chase her into her room.

"Tea-party!!" She yell's and giggles.

So i sat and she poured the invisible tea and passed around cookies to me and her dolly's.

"Sapphire..will you be here forever?" She said pouring more tea.

"Well sweety I dont particularly know when im leaving..but its the time that counts.." I smile and nibble my cookie.

"I hope you stay forever..then I wont be so lonely.."

I smile and we just play untill night. Lannie gets tired and i tuck her in bed.

I walk into the living room and see Zeke..

"Hey.." He smiles and I sit next to him. He looks at me..

"Your very beautiful..." He says and kisses my cheek. He leaves the room and I turn bright red.

Oh my god.....
