"All I can do I wait"

"Hi, I'm Michael, what's your name?"
Calum looked up to see a smiling face staring at him
"Hi, my names Calum"
"Cool name, how old are you?"
Michael asked, Calum proudly held up five fingers
"I'm five!"
Calum loudly stated, Michael chuckled
"Haha I beat you, I'm six!"
They then burst into a fit of uncontrollable laughter, Joy looked at Calum worriedly, seeing how he was laughing when nobody was there.
The doctor finally emerged from the room where he served his last patient
"Calum Hood?"
He asked, Joy and Calum both stood up and started to walk toward the room the doctor was waiting in
"Sorry Michael, I have to go and see the doctor now, but we can always have fun later"
He said with a smile, Michael nodded and waved, Calum then proceeded to walk, whilst Joy took a glance back at where they were sitting before, there was still no one there...
