An audition

I watch Daniel on stage for Aladdin jr, our town play. I stare at the guy who plays Aladdin, Jesse, he has an amazing voice, I want to do Peter Pan jr, this is an amazing experience that I really want to do. Who could know, I might bet he best. In the mean time I should get prepared.

A few months later...

I look over at Daniel as he paces back and forth. He really wants to be Captain Hook, he would make such a good Peter Pan though, well who knows at this point. I get called in and I crack under pressure in front of everyone. I'm a total fool in life. Nothing is more embarrassing than failing an audition. We went to get food with Daniel at a cafe up the street. I was totally embarrassed.

I went over to Daniels house with our friends Adeleecia and Caleb, we are the ABCD squad. Daniel had call backs so we decided to make a treasure hunt for him. We made it so it would take him an hour to find us, we hid in a secret spot we found, it was in his house and it took him forever, but we found out he got Peter Pan so we were happy. I walked in my front door and my parents are all like "Look at our Indian" I turn around confused as heck, my life was confusion at that point. "Your an Indian in Peter Pan sweetie" AN INDIAN, I WANTED TO BE MR SMEE! I guess this is what I get for auditioning at 13 years old and it's been going on for 40 years, well the jr for 4. I look over at my dog and she wags her tail. I wonder if I could get a be Nana the dog? Maybe the crocodile. Let's just hope I get something decent if they haven't casted anything yet
