Chapter 18 · Who am I ?

Walking towards the only place I knew they would be sitting.

There they were. It instantly started to melt my heart. They were sitting around the fire place. Mama was in his arms sitting on his lap. Her head laying perfectly in his neck. They were asleep. Only the sparks could be seen, only the crackling could heard.

I became oddly overwhelmed, close to tears. My only thought was how amazingly blessed I was to have them.

How lucky I was to call them my parents.

The emotions seemed to only grow.

Soon enough I could see past my tears to see the room had become completely lit up. It was something magical.

I turned around in circles. Twirling and laughing. As I did this I was seeing glitter shadows all over the room. I was casting them from my dress. The reflection.

They must have noticed the reflections.

They woke up and were giggling with me.

I stopped. I felt the red fill my face as I started to blush.

"Kira, honey.. something wrong?"

Concerns placed on their sleepy faces.

Turning around in circles looking up to where the sparkles would take place once more.

They were just as shocked as I was, when I first seen it.

THEN I STARTED GLOWING EVEN MORE!!!

I came to a stop and looked at me with pride.

I seen you two. I was thinking how much I love you both, how grateful I am to have you as my parent's and I started to glow!!!

I replied.

Reaching for my hands, mama placed both my hands within hers.

She looked into my eyes

Everytime you feel emotions, any at all you will light up within.

Remember your the moon light path dear because of your constant, endless, un selfish love. Love for others, beyond yourself.

Always remember where that love comes from, you'll never be without your light. Never being taken into darkness.

*Silence*

         Here goes nothing.

Mama, papa. I need to ask you both something. They nodded for me to proceed.

I know, you have meant well. Keeping me in the dark. Hidden away from harm for my own protection.

In the dark about what I am and what I will become.

However,  I want to know everything.

As your daughter, as the Luna. I request you do not hold back. You don't hold anything from me.

Standing tall,

Everything, all should become known to me? ... Understand?

"Spoken like a true Luna. Sit down, this will take some time"

Mama replied as they both smiled at me.

Papa reached out for speaking excitedly.

Let's talk about your wolf first shall we?
