Stan's POV
It was my first day at my new school and I was kind of nervous. I didn't really know many people because we hadn't lived in Texas very long. When my Mom and Dad divorced, Mom took a job in Texas of all places and we had to move down here.
So far it wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be. Yeah, it was hot as hell, and I missed my friends from back home, but I was already starting to get used to the heat, and I was also beginning to make new friends. And the girls? There were some fine looking girls here. I had met some already since we moved to Texas in the summer, before school started. I had already noticed some of them noticing me. In Philly I don't remember being anything special, I guess it was because I was the new guy that alot of these girls were showing some interest. A lot of them were pretty, but so far no one had really caught my eye. It was kind of funny to hear the way the people talked here--they didn't think they had accents, but they kind of did--a rather slow, southern drawl, that wasn't exactly unpleasant to the ear, and I found it especially attractive in the women.
My neighbor, Matt, kind of took me under his wing. He took me to a couple of parties, and introduced me around. Matt and his brother Mike were football players, and his twin sisters Janie and Jamie were both cheerleaders so they all ran with the popular kids. I guess I was kind of lucky to be neighbors with them because I was readily accepted.
Matt and I were standing by our lockers when we kind of noticed two girls whispering.
"Dude, check it out," said Matt, "they're talking about us."
I looked to where he was looking and saw a girl that I kind of recognized, I had met her at some party this past summer, I think her name was Paris, but the other girl I didn't know.
They were trying to act like they weren't talking about us, it was kind of cute.
"Who's that chick with Paris?" I asked Matt.
"Some nobody, I've seen her around, I think her name is Kayla. She's some kind of football groupie I think, she's always at all the home games," said Matt.
Matt and I turned our backs to our lockers so we could look at the girls more closely.
"Damn, that Paris is one hot bitch," said Matt, "I'm getting a semi just looking at her."
"Yeah, she is pretty...both of them are kind of cute," I said.
Matt busted out laughing. "Dude, are you as blind as that chick?" he whispered. "Forget it dude," said Matt. "You won't get any action from her, she's a nothing, and a virgin nothing at that."
He was talking about Kayla, she wore glasses, but she wasn't bad looking. I looked at her again. She was a thick girl, but she was curvy, not obese. She had ample breasts and a nice soft looking figure, kind of like a young Janet Jackson. I thought she was cute, especially when I saw that she was embarassed, blushing, because we were looking at them.
"She's a virgin?" I asked Matt. I was surprised. I didn't think any of the girls I had met here so far were virgins, I hadn't been in town a good month before I had got lucky. But it didn't matter really, that's not why I found her interesting. I just thought she was kind of cute.
Shortly afterwards, Kayla and Paris separated, and Matt and I made plans to hook up later as we both went to our first period class.
