SPACE TIME WARP

I am Alexander and I am 25 years old, tall with brown hair. On November 3, 2022, a day that changed my life, I was watching TV when I saw a commercial selling anti flea spray and it said to call 100-00 for more information. I realized that my dog had been scratching a lot lately so decided to check it out. My phone was busted so I got my coat on and went outside to use a phone booth.
When I got outside, I was surprised to see one right outside my house. I thought it must be new because I didn’t remember it being there before. When I got in I found that there was no mouth piece and it told me to enter a date. I thought that was a little weird but I tried to enter the phone number. Nothing happened. Then suddenly as I was about to get out, there was a flash of light and everything started spinning. Then everything stopped as suddenly as it had started.
Once my vision returned I saw I was in a black void, dotted with stars. I was in space! It was then I realized that the air in the phone booth would run out. Soon I started to panic then I remembered to stay calm to save air. I typed in another number, but nothing happened. When I was just about to run out of air, I saw a purple-ish, pod shaped, massive spaceship. Then a bright beam hit the booth and quickly pulled me into the ship. Once I was inside the ship, I stepped out of the booth. The floor was squishy, like wet moss. It suddenly pulsed like a heartbeat and there were blackish veins running down the walls. The place was a little creepy after I had a second to take it all in.
It was then I saw a thing come down the hall at the end of the room. It was a snake like creature with two arms. It used half of its body to move and the other half upright with its arms and head up. Its head had frills all around its head and weird snake like eyes.
Then it said, “Hello. Judging by this machine and the shocked expression on your face, you are not from this time. This is human year 10,000. What year are you from?” , the strange being said in a neutral tone.
I answered because I didn’t know what else to do. “Year 2022”, I said, my voice shaking a little.
The Thing said, “Good, can you help us stop a war and save many planets?”
To that I answered yes, because what else could I do at this point?
The thing then replied in a slightly happier and relieved tone, “Good, then I shall tell you the current situation and then give you your mission.”
I simply replied, “Ok”, still not sure what to think about all of this.
He then started to tell me the story, “first of all, I am High Lord Akara, and we are the Ukra-tall Empire. We are in a war with your people… “
“What”, I shouted, wondering what I had agreed to.
Akara simply replied in the same calm voice, “Do not interrupt me. We are at war because your people get their power from a device that destroys planets, but makes immense amounts of power. They used it on Earth while they were all in space ships. We make all of our technology organically. Our ship has its own heartbeat and life. As you can see, our ship is also made organically and our weapons are altered plants that shoot plasma or rays of lightening. So you can see why we don’t get along as their device destroys planets and ours used it plants, etc. “
Without pausing Akara continued on, “Now, for your mission. This one is to see if we can trust you. We want you to destroy a human star base. We will give you three things: a small lightening ray for self defense, a bomb, and a devise to call us. You need to plant the bomb in the core of the ship. Once you put it in, it will start counting down 30 seconds. Then you push the button on the device we gave you. By the way, the lightening ray we give you will only have three charges and it only stuns for 1 hour. “
