5 - bomb

It was night time in Gotham City when one of the clock towers exploded. 12:00 to be exact.

The civilians were in shock at the loud noise the huge explosion made and chaos broke out. Screams and cries for help were heard from the buildings near the explosion. The clock tower had exploded in bits and those bits flew right into the nearby buildings, some breaking into windows and some falling from the sky just to hit innocent people which were still on the side walks to go home.

The police arrived immediately, followed by many firefighter cars.

A small paper was on the ground, waiting to be picked up by someone. "Hey! I found something!" A police officer called for his chief which came running towards the man that had already picked up the paper by now, reading it carefully. His eyes went wide, showing nothing but horror and fear. "What does it say?"

"J-J-J.." The man couldn't even get a word out of his mouth. His legs were trembling, his breath was uneven and a drop of sweat was running down his face. "T-The J-Joker.. H-He's back!" - "WHAT??" his chief asked. Already feeling terrified. Joker brought alot of work and trouble with him. "Why now? Why now after six months? why would he come back now?" a new voice spoke up. The head of the downtown police had arrive on the scene.

Cameras were everywhere, reporters asking out firefighters and two helicopters flying right above the exploded building, recording everything Live.

"Hello Gotham City~
Have you all missed me? because I know I did. I missed your screams and cries for help, I missed your blood dripping down my hands and mostly I missed my throne. Gotham City's true king has returned but unfortunately there is a pest on my throne. I thought that instead of making my hands dirty you should do it as a welcome gift for me! Sounds exciting doesn't it? I placed five more of those beautiful explosives bombs all around the city. Find them, they'll show you the way to my little rat problem. - Joker"

A slam was thrown towards the table, making all the water and coffee or whatever liquid was inside the cups, almost spill. "He's testing me." CL threw the book infront of her at the nearest wall. The room was filled with sudden silence as they thought what to do next. Every single one of them was trying to keep their cool, yet the fear and panic had gotten the best of them.

"What should we do about it?"

"We'll play along and make Joker walk right into our little trap.. we will now begin the ForceX project!" The middle aged woman shouted at her secretary as she stood up, making the chair fall back, and walk out of the meeting room.

"Ohh Joker, Honey you will not win this fight" CL walked down the hallway, grabbing her phone and dialing a number.

"We'll see about that, CL my lovely snake." The Joker had been observing the whole scene through the security cameras inside the building. He wasn't known as the clown king for nothing, he was always a step ahead and of course he had Ken that would hack every system he would come across. "Boss, they're going to take Aera." Xiumin spoke as he watched a different computer screen in the middle of ten others. Jungkook turned his head to face the screen his minion was facing just to see guards approach Aera's fence around her own prision.

"I know. She'll hang in there. Daddy ain't raise no bitch." Jungkook smirked, turning around from the screen as he let out a wicked giggle, sounding almost like a maniac laugh. "Now we only need to make her wear this earpiece so i can talk to her."

Jay watched from the corner of the room. Worried, yet amused. He had always liked Aera a lot more than he should and that was totally not okay. If Joker would find out he would be dead meat. Aera was just too much of a goddess for him to resist.

She was beautiful and very very tempting. She was provoking yet pretty playful in her own way. She was fearless and maybe even more fearless than the Joker himself.

The best description for her would be lunatic beauty. No matter how many times Jay would watch Jungkook and Aera swallow each other with their kisses, he couldn't help but wish for him to be the one kissing her. But he knew his place and he knew that she belonged to the Joker. He could hold back just like he had before.

"Do you think the rat noticed that you're aiming for him?" Xiumin swiftly turned around towards his boss.

"Of course he did~" The Joker faced his minion, smiling at him as if there was more behind his plan and not just that bomb.

Xiumin observed the raven haired clown king. His lips were still spread into a wicked smile just like he always had. His hands were clenched into fists and his hands were turning white due to the immense pressure he was giving himself by clenching his hands even more. Was he angry or too amused? His gaze changed to look towards the other's eyes. No. He was definitely too amused that he had to hold himself back from hitting or killing someone in here out of self amusement.

Jay had also noticed, it wasn't the first time Joker had done that. The minions were more than glad that Joker would always hold back when he was around them. They weren't friends or anything. They were simply just partners in crime. Joker doesn't care about anyone and they knew but it was okay for them.

For Joker to be this powerful he wasn't allowed to care, or he would have never gotten that far. They were all ready to die for him but they knew that he wasn't for them. It was still fine. They owed him their lives.

Well, Joker didn't care about anyone, except for one person. He would die for that person and even risk his life just to keep her save. He would give her anything she wanted, he would even change his brilliant plans that he had planned for mere hours or days, just for her.

He had a very certain feeling towards her that no one would ever expect Joker to feel for anyone..

He loved her. He loved her like no one else would ever love her. He loved her with all his existence.
