Chapter 4

LIZZY'S POV

I woke up with the biggest smile on my face thinking about what happened last night. Luke's lips on mine. Something I've been yearning for, for ages. I looked over at Luke, he was still sleeping and he had his arms wrapped around me protectively. I tried to get out but I couldn't because of his death grip on me... Once again..

Ding.

Ding.

Ding.

I checked my phone and realized it was Luke's phone that was ringing not mine. I looked at the color ID, some one named Calum. I decided to pick up. I mean why not.

C- Calum L- Lizzy

L- uhhh hello?

C- Yo Luke!

L- this isn't Luke. It's his friend he's sleeping.

C- Ahh so you're Lizzy. As in the Lizzy.

L- uhhh I guess.

C- well I'm Calum. I'm Luke's best mate, from Aussie. We are kind of putting a band together and I need to tell him something about it.

L- well I can tell him if you would like.

C- that would be great! Tell him that I found a drummer and he told me that he found a lead singer but he didn't tell me because something happened last night that he got angry about. So tell him to call me when he can.

L- alrighty.

C- thanks Lizzy!

L- no problemo! Bye!

***Call Ended***

I set Luke's phone down on the night stand and laid back down. I looked at Luke and smiled at his cuteness. Right then he opened his eyes and smiled. I giggled. "Good morning gorgeous." I could feel myself blush. "Good morning." I smiled. He caught me off guard and kissed me. "Didn't expect that one coming." I told him. He laughed. "Can you let go of me, I have to get ready. Pleaseeee." I smiled widely. "But I just want to lay here and cuddle all day with you." He's so cute. "Well maybe after we brush our teeth, then we can cuddle all day and lay here. Sounds like a deal?" He flashed one of those adoring smiles at me. "Maybe not all day because we are going out tonight." He seemed so confident and proud. So I have to kill that being a good 'best friend.' "What if I don't want to?" His smile faded. "Come on Lizzy. I want to take you on a date. Is that so much to ask for?" He puffed out his lower lip and pouted which really kills me because god damn it was so cute. "I'm teasing you Lucas. I will go on a date with you tonight." I kissed his check and walked to the bathroom. Luke is taking me in a date tonight. Finally. I will finally have fun. I will finally be happy. I will finally have everything I want.

Luke and I were at the table just talking and eating and I forgot to tell him Calum called! "OH MY GOD LUKE. I FORGOT TO TELL YOU CALUM CALLED." I practically screamed. "Jesus Christ Lizzy you can't do that I just almost screamed. What did he say?" I laughed at Luke's reaction. "Uh well he said it was something about the band. That's all I can remember." He sighed. "Shit. Okay thanks babe." He grabbed his phone out of his pocket and dialed Calum's number. "You don't mind if I put it on speaker phone right?" I shook my head "of course not." I set his phone on the table and his friend picked up. (C- Calum L- Luke)

C- hey mate!

L- aye. What did you need to talk about?

C- so I found a drummer and his name is Ashton and Michael and I think he's perfect. He auditioned for us and he was so good. We just need your approval and that's that. But you also said something about a lead singer? Can you tell me.

L- yeah. About that. It's a girl and she's a wicked good singer and she has band experience!

C- well you'll have to bring her back here to Aussie so we can see her. And is she hot?

L- very. But we will get plane tickets as soon as we can.

I swear my jaw dropped to the floor. "Uh what?" He put his finger to his mouth telling me to be quiet and I scowled.

C- cool dude. See you soon.

L- ight mate. Bye.

***Call Ended.***

"So Um we are going to Aussie probably tonight." Luke said and scratched the back of his neck. "What about our date?" I frowned. "Well let's check tickets first. We can leave tonight and then we can go on a date in Aussie!" I sighed. "I guess that's fine." Why did I have a little bit of a feeling this would happen. He would find an excuse not to go out with me tonight. "I'm going to look at plane times to Aussie..." I said a little bit too harsh. "Lizzy. Don't be like that." I slammed my door and ignored his comment and went on jet Blue looking at tickets. It's 1:00 right now so I will have to pack and I will have to get to the airport so that'll take me like 2 hours. So the closest time we could get on the plane would be 3:00, but the closest plane was at 4:30. But that'll do. I ordered our tickets and printed them out on the computer and walked downstairs. Luke was sitting on the couch doing nothing but staring at the ceiling. Okay. I walked over and sat on his legs. Oops. "Lizzy I'm sorry." I covered his mouth. "Can it. Get packing our flight is at 4:30. Let's go." I handed him his ticket and walked upstairs.

So we are currently at the airport and our plane should be getting called anytime soon. Luke's arm is around my neck and I had my head resting on his shoulder. "Jet Blue plane to Sidney Australia please start boarding gate 4. Again, Jet Blue plane to Sidney, Australia please start boarding gate 4. Thank you." Luke and I both stood up and went to the gate. This is going to be such a long trip that I will not be looking forward to. But hey, finding a new band maybe that's what I need. Hopefully, when we get there Luke won't blow me off again... But here we go with this. I showed the gates my passport and walked into the tunnel and waited for Luke. I just played on my phone while waiting. "Well hi there cutie." Some random guy walked up to me and winked. "Uhh hi." I stammered. "Where you headed?" None of your business bye bitch. "Aussie. You know this is the gate to Australia." He laughed. "I see. Do you have a boyfriend? Because I want your num-" he got cut off by a really angry but hot Luke. "Yeah. That's me. Back off." The guy out his hands up and walked away. "Thanks" I mumbled. "It really wasn't a problem." He kissed me gently then got on the plane.

Luke and I found our seats and got situated and that was it. We were ready to go to Aussie! "This trip is going to take forever." I grumbled. "I know babe, but here's the plan. We sleep the entire time with the exception of small talk and a few kisses. Then when we get there Calum will pick us up with Michael and the new drummer them we will go back to my house very quickly drop our stuff off and get my guitar, then we will go back over to Calum's garage and we will rehearse with he new guy and you will audition. After that, we will go back to my house say hi to my mom and brothers and just chill, we will get ready and go on our date and then it's over! Sounds good?" I smiled at how dorkishly cute he was. "It sounds perfect" I leaned in and gently kissed his lips. Then I slowly drifted to sleep for the night. Good bye USA for now, hellos Aussie.
