Chapter XIX

Why am I hurting so much? She thought as tears started to form in her eyes again. Before she started to drive, she composed herself first because she doesn't want to get herself in an accident. But there she is, losing her composure at the thought of her husband seeing someone. But she doesn't want to conclude, and that's why she's hating herself so much right now. She saw what she saw pero bakit ayaw parin niya paniwalaan? She loves her husband so much. But the truth is her thoughts are filled with things such as, was he being kind to her for nothing? Was he being so sweet just for a show? Pinapaasa lang ba siya ni Ken? It made her cry, her vision is blurry with tears. Her phone rang, she saw that it was Ken. She chose to ignore it. It rang again and again but she ignored it. She can't talk to him right now.

Why did he have to make her feel special if he was seeing someone? Bakit siya niloloko ni Ken? All along she was being honest to him, she was being sincere, why did he have to play with her like that?

"Kaya ba asawa mo lang ako?" She spat out and it made her cry even more.

"THIS IS ALL BULL!" She shouted at hinampas ang manibela niya, causing her to swerve.

*beeeeeeep!*

"Ana. Why wont you pick up?" He said out of frustration. Right now he is worried as hell.

"Arthur, tell me as soon as you see her car." He told his assistant who was sitting beside him, Ken was the one driving, to be honest hindi niya alam kung bakit niya nasama si Arthur, siguro dala na rin ng sobrang pagkataranta.

"Shit. Ana, please answer the phone!" He whispered to himself.

"Sir, I think it's that one." Arthur said pointing at the red Suzuki Swift car.

"Yes! Finally!" He rejoiced as he made his way through just to get near Ana's car. It was him who bought the car for her so he knows very well that it was Ana. After some overtakes and stuff, he was finally behind Ana's car, one thing to be thankful about was that there wasn't many cars that time so he didn't actually had a hard time catching up with her, he was about to blow the horn of his car when suddenly, Ana swerved.

*beeeeep!* And that loud sound horrified him. Ana's car stopped.

"Is she out of her mind!?" He said in panic. Arthur was startled by Ken's reaction as well. He parked the car on one side of the road and ran to Ana's car, but a man came to her car and hit her windsheild.

"Hoy! Lumabas ka dyan! Anak ng!" The furious guy shouted from the outside, she's still in the state of shock so she wasn't fully aware of her surrounding.

"Hey! Stop that!" Ken shouted as the man was hitting Ana's window telling her to come down.

"Wag kang mangielam! Hoy! Babae, lumabas ka dyan! Anak ng pucha! Hindi ka nag-iingat. Hoy!" The man said who was more furious this time.

"I said stop it! Anong karapatan mong sigawan siya?!" Ken said madly, how dare he shout at his wife?

"Aba! Edi pagsabihan mo yang tatanga tangang babae na yan!" The man shouted at him this time.

"Anong sinabi mo?! At sino ka para tawagan siyang tanga?!" He said as his face turned red from anger and him wanting to punch the man's face when Arthur stopped him.

"Sir!" Arthur said, and that's when came back to his senses and cooled down. It's just that he doesn't want anyone being rude to his wife. And he also noticed that they were causing a scene and traffic already.

"Fine. I'll pay for the damage, if there's any. Arthur, you handle this." He said and then Arthur did what he was ordered. He quickly opened Ana's door and pulled her out from her car, he touched her face to see if she was hurt and then he also inspected her arms. Thankfully there was none.
