Chapter 1

Alexia's p.o.v

I keep running and running . I tried to not look back . If I did I would die . I continue running but I trip on a twig . My wrist started hurting and I see it bleeding . I could hear the footsteps coming closer . I try to get up quickly but I fail . The footsteps stop and I look up .

A few days later .

Alissa's p.o.v

I turn on the tv and I sit on the couch . Just when I sat down I hear my phone ring . I check who it is annoyed and see it was Maria . I pick up uninterestedly .

Maria :" Alissa turn your tv to channel 8 ."

Alissa :" Why the news channel ?"

Maria :" Just do it you will see why !"

She hangs up before I can reply and I change the channel to channel 8 . I see Alexia's picture . I sit quietly while I listen .

News reporter :" Alexia Jones the girl who went missing a few days ago was found in the woods dead . The police will give us more information in a couple days . That is all the information we have about that case for now . "

Alissa :" What she was fucking murdered !? "

I yell and I started crying . My bestfriend is fucking dead . She's gone !
My mother went into my room and she comes to me and hugs me tightly . She gently rubs my hair with her hand .

Mother :" What's wrong baby ?"

Alissa :" Alexia ..she ..she is gone .."

I replied crying again and I hug her back tightly . I cry on her shoulders .
