PLOT:
Alia Barnes is a burden to her older brother, Bucky. She struggles with avoiding school scandals, often being too gullible to avoid the empty promises of teenage boys. Bucky always attempts to keep guys away from his sister, trying to protect her from the dangers of the outside world.
However, no one can protect her when Bucky leaves for war, abandoning her in an empty house. She's left with his best friend, Steve, who she grows close to, not realizing his harbored crush for her.
When Steve is finally allowed to enlist in the military due to a growing project, Alia is left alone once again, forced to face the dangers of the outside world Bucky always warned her about.
