Chapter 1

The music were drumming in my ears, and I was swinging my hips to the beat. My body was sweaty from dancing all night, my mind was blurry from all the alcohol. But what I knew was that I was having fun.

I downed my third shot and slammed it on the bar,

"DONE! I won suckers." I yelled and did a small victory dance. My friends laughed and dragged me back to the dance floor for some more dancing.

"I'm sure, if I walk home I'll sober up a bit. I'll text you when I'm home. It's not the first time you know." I said and hugged the three worried girl friends I had been out with.

"Just be careful Izobelle" Beth told me and waved and got in her cab. They all lived together so they were going together. But I live so close so it would be unnecessary to take a cab there.

I started to walk in the direction of my appartment, my drunk me obviously did not like to walk in the eight inch heels I wore, so I took them of.

After walking a while it felt like someone was right behind me, but when I turned around to look there was no one there. I shrugged and told myself it was just my drunken imaginary that was out.

Again it felt like someone was right behind me, I was arguing with myself if I should just ignore the feeling or turn around again, me being the curious woman that I am turned around.

"ahhhh" I screamed and dropped my shoes, I guess my feeling was right this time.

"Hello sweetie." The young guy said, he was so close I could feel his breath on my face.

"w-who are y-you ?" I asked, stammering.

"Your worst nightmare." He answered with a evil smirk.

"And why is that?" I asked not scared anymore, I should be. But I figured if I was gonna die, I'm gonna die either way if I'm scared or not.

"Because, I'm gonna take all that sweet blood of yours." He said with the most cruel smile I've ever seen, and I could see that his incisors were sharper and longer than the rest of his teeth's.

"Oh," was the only thing Icould get out, trying to calm myself. My heart was pounding so hard I'm sure you could see it from the outside.

"Oh is right. I love the fluttering sound your heart makes. Makes me want your blood even more." He said, getting closer. His hand went up to my neck, his finger trailing were I assumed my vein was. His eyes went black and before I knew it his teeth's were sinking into my neck. It happened so fast I didn't even have the time to scream.

The pain paralysed me and I couldn't do anything, I could feel the blood being sucked out from my body. It was a funny feeling, As if my life were being drawn out of me. I was starting to feel faint and I started seeing black spots, My eyes fluttered for a while before they closed.

I felt him take one last draw and then the cold air hit my neck, were his teeth's had been seconds ago.
