Naruto pov- Still at Ichiraku Ramen
I watch Ki-chan eat as I ask for another bowl and notice she has stopped for a minute.
"Ki-chan. What's wrong?" I ask as the old man gives me my bowl. She looks at me with a somewhat sad smile and shakes her head. "It's ok. You can tell me. Promise I won't tell!" I promise her.
She reaches into her supply pouch thing and grabs a piece of paper, ink, and pen. She writes something down and hands it to me.
'It's alright Naruto. Nothings wrong. Just thinking of my family is all.' Is what it said.
"What happened to them?" I ask. She puts her finger to her neck and made a slicing motion. Oh I see. They're... dead. She grabs her belongings and put some money down on the counter for the old man to take. Then leaves.
Kiarra pov-
I leave to go back to Naruto's house to pick up my suitcase. Don't wanna leave it here! Can't risk losing anything! I take it and rush to the village gates.
I get there and, to my surprise, Kakashi was there. With his overly-perverted book. Well shit.
"So? How'd it go?" He asks curiously. I groan at him. He chuckles at my answer and nods slightly. "You may run into some trouble on your way to and fro." I groan once again.
I don't wanna fight! I wanna just get this stupid thing over with! I don't even know what the stupid scroll says! WTF!
