Hot Chocolate

Night out

After we slept a few hours I took Ashton home so she could get ready for our date and shower.

She said she smelt like a hospital and couldn't wait to shower. I couldn't really tell.

I drove back to my place and chilled for a while. Turned on some music and cleaned up the loft.

I took a shower trying to smell better then I did at the moment. I styled my hair up and wore a little fashionable outfit. Just trying to ease my appearance. I grab my phone sending her a text.

*almost ready?*

*yeah by the time your here I'll be ready to go* she replied.

I grab my keys and head out to pick her up.

I finally arrive to the house her and her sisters lived in. I knocked on the door and she answered almost right away.

She was in a long beautiful dress with a black jacket and flats. She looked stunning.

"You look beautiful." I blurt out.

She blushes, "Thank you."

"Ready?" I ask her holding my arm out for her to loop it with mine.

"As I'll ever be." She says going along with my motion. I open the door for her and I get in on the other side.

"Is in and out good enough?" I ask laughing as I pull out of the driveway.

"How did you know that's what I wanted." She said in a sarcastic tone.

"I'm just kidding, I kind of like that idea low key. I don't like fancy places anyway." She giggled

"Do you want to go in or drive thru? Your choice." I say as the fast food building comes in view.

"Let's go in." She says

"Ok." I pull in and park in the closest spot possible.

We order our food and wait. She goes and picks a spot for us to sit at. I bring the tray to the table and we eat. I take a picture of her before she devours her burger and post it on instagram. With the caption: the burger was gone immediately after I took this lmao. (Picture above).

We talked about random things and stories of our past. We just laughed with each other. We did a game on who could make who laugh, I mostly won but who was counting.

She yawns and I look at my phone.

11:58pm

"We should get going." I say getting up and gathering our trash.

"Yeah I'm tired." She says.

We walk back to my car and I take her home. I walk her up to the door step and we stand there.

"How cliché is this?" She says laughing.

"Pretty cliché." I smile

"I had so much fun tonight. I learned so much about you." She says

"Me too I'm glad you agreed to come on this date." I say

"Well I'll see you tomorrow? Maybe I could come over or you could." She says

"Yeah whichever is easier for you but I have to work tomorrow night." I say

"Ok." She opens the door to go inside. But turns back around and kisses my cheek.

"Goodnight" she smiles

"Goodnight." I leave after she shuts the door. I was kind of stunned for a second.
She's just so amazing and fantastic.

On the way back I was lost in my mind recalling the night. Her laughter filled my head and her face lighting up flashed in my brain.

There was honking and I realized the light was green and I slowly put my foot on the gas.

I got home around 1 am and was exhausted. I took bear outside for the last time that night and got ready for bed.

I fell asleep with Ashton on my mind.
