The Gold Lined Envelope

The letter. This letter started it all.   
You were at home. Just chilling, watching Netflix on your phone. You were home alone and on your couch. "Friends" was a good show. You suddenly heard a knock at the door and then realized the mail had arrived. Mostly just bills and shit, but there was something else. Something out of place. A gold lined envelope was in the middle between some water bills and some rent cards. You looked at the letter with a smile so wide but that smile soon turned to a jaw drop when you read the back."To: Mrs y/l/n , From: Mr. Wolfhard".

Oh fuck.

Not that there is anything wrong
with Finn Wolfhard, course not, hell no. Thing was you kinda had a thing, well more than a thing, more like the biggest crush of all time. Ever since you got a role on Stranger Things and on It, your life changed. You were so happy to be a character on Stranger Things and on It, but what you didn't realize was that Finn Wolfhard was on the same set with you twice! After quite some time you developed a fond loving for the 15 year old boy and thought there was no possible way that he could like you back. There was Millie and Sadie and Sophia and others, so how could Finn ever like you the way you did. You and the whole cast had gone to premieres and had party's together and the same with the It cast but every single time you got so nervous. You were friends with everyone and everyone got along well together but you were most close to Millie. She and you always talked and you were always there for each other. You were there for her when she had her first breakup and she had your back when you snuck out. You and all the other guys on set were also pretty close but none understood you like Wyatt. Wyatt was the sweetest from all of them. He was just so easy to talk to and to express each others feelings. Apparently while you were head over heels for Finn you never realized that Wyatt was head over heels for you. You didn't see it until for some time later. The casts had crushes but no one really said anything. Everyone was just to scared that it would ruin amazingly strong friendships.

Anyway back to the letter. You opened
the envelope carefully thinking this all might be just some sick joke from Finn and his friends. When the card inside was visible you slowly slid it out and read what it said. " Hi y/n/n. It's Finn. I just wanted to say hi which I already did. Okay, anyway there is this party that me and Jaeden and Noah are going to have and we, well I was hoping you'd come.  I know you might not with you shooting the 'Star Wars Sequel' that you shouldn't have told me about, but if you could come that would be amazing. From Finn". In almost an instant you texted Millie. You told her and she said she had gotten one from Noah but it was friendly. Millie said that apparently your letter was something she said was "something that more than friends would write to each other". You wanted to believe it but didn't see it happening. That night you prepared yourself and got a flight to Los Angeles in two days. This, you did not know yet, would be the best night of your life.
